This movie theater is awesome. I love watching the movies that I want to see here. The food and popcorn is great. 5 star movie theater right here.
The theater has been updated and the improvements are great. You get to select your seat before the movie and the seats are very comfortable. They recline like a lazyboy. The theater is well organized and clean.
Love the 5.00 Tuesdays. Thurs is a great night to go if you enjoy watching a movie solo. Wide variety of food selection and serves alcoholic beverages. Comfy, reclining seats.
That's my spot to see movies. They are quick to compensate if you have an issue to keep you coming back. Always use the rewards card to get better prices at concession.
It was a good experience. The place wasn't too crowded or too noisy. Plus, they reward their customers (if you sign up). On top of that, they have $5 movies on Tuesday. What's not to like about this place. The last time I came the bathroom needed attention and we did not go there on this occasion, so I can't judge them on past experiences. My children and nephew was really happy to be there, that made me happy. ☺
Always friendly staff. We tend to judge harshly our local establishments rather than encouraging to support what's in our own backyard. Great changes and I never have an issue with seating. Close to home and convenient. Let's keep supporting what's in our backyard. More successful establishments, more jobs, more choices, more opportunity! I just love the south suburbs and this location!!
I went for the first time to the Marcus Theatre in Chicago Heights to see Girls Trip. It's a very nice theatre where you can purchase food and alcoholic beverages. What I loved most are the reclining seats. There was amble parking and overall it's a nice facility. I would definitely go again.
I have mixed feelings about this theater. Positive first It looks great and the theaters are comfy. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. My family and I typically visist during early show times (since we have a toddler) and the restrooms are ALWAYS unclean. Before noon and dirty washrooms! It's disappointing to have to take a small child in there. Notifying the staff doesn't seem to help even though they always appear to be concerned.
We have been here a few times now and find the theater very clean and accommodating. Staff are friendly and competent. Theaters all have comfortable reclining chairs and their prices are better than imagine theaters which have the same features.
I was publicly humiliated by being told I can't have my baby at the movies with me and had the police called on me. I had to go through 2 employees who saw my baby and allowed me in and the movie was an hour in before they said this. My child was not causing a disturbance or crying. They claim this their company policy but obviously the employees don't know this. Also it is not stated anywhere when purchasing my tickets online or on my phone. The manager lied and said someone complained about my baby making noise. She was sleep so could not make noise of any kind that would disturb the movie. I have brought her with me several times to r rated films and NEVER had this told to me or never have I been treated like this. Total discrimination.
Me and my husband really enjoy coming here, especially on $5 Tuesday. It's always clean and we love the comfy recliner seats. The butter popcorn is a must.
You can't even give this place stars. Although it's been renovated the service is so bad and the place is so dirty. The bathrooms are nasty and so is the concession area. The teens they have working here are so rude they shouldn't be there is they don't like their job. We ordered pretzel bites and we were told the machine to cook them in was broken. Come out of the movie and what do I see but pretzel bites being made. Girl just didn't want to make them. I've called several times to the management. It's obvious management doesn't even care.
