Comfortable recliners so u can take rest and watch movies inside theatre.. sound quality is very nice. It’s worth place to go

Always clean, staff is nice and helpful. Excellent sound and clear images. The seats are very comfortable. Good variety of food and snacks.

Very comfortable electric recliner seats, Very good (loud!!) sound in the RPX theater, Ridiculously expensive. If you have an action movie that has finally been released and you want the very best , this would be it. Note I found the Real 3d much more comfortable to watch than IMAX 3d.

Reclining leather seats with lots of space in front make a comfortable experience. They are always working to improve the experience by adding food, beer/wine, special events like opening night double features. The incentive/reward app is user friendly and accrues rewards at a fair rate. “Cashing in” rewards are a matter of a few taps on your phone.
The facility is clean and spacious. The theater enhancements like 3D, surround sound that incorporates vibrations round off a great sensory experience.response / report this review -

Nice theater. I love the motorized reclining chairs! And that you could reserve seats if online!
Lost a star because there were long lines at the snack bar. They only had two lanes open, and nobody seemed to be in a hurry. Overall a great experience though!response / report this review -

This is a great theater. They have the reclining seats, so they are assigned. You can chose your seats online ahead of time. My one complaint is that the back row of seats is too far away from the wall that separates it from the row of seats in front it. A significant part of the screen is blocked and if you want to recline it will block almost a quarter of the screen. Just make sure not to get a seat in the back row of the theater and you should have a great time!

A good place to unwind, relax and see a movie. The reclining seats are superb as it's very comfortable. Glad that it offers reserved seating as this should now be a must at every cinema. Location is great since there are many food options nearby, just outside the theater. The only downside is the concierge/concessions as it's not as lively as I would have expected for an entertainment facility. However, this place is still my #1 choice so far in seeing movies in Napperville/Warrenville area.

Great place, very clean and there recliners rocked. I like that they have awesome seating but there is no table or seat service, last thing I need is a bunch of servers bringing my attention away from the movie. 10 out 10 will be back

Inside is newly updated. Great seats, screens and sound, they have a bowling alley area also!!! The front entrance is kinda late 90s and needs a bit of updating and something a bit inviting. Over all Great!

This place is awesome! It was very clean the chairs were very comfortable to sit in. I loved it I definitely would recommend this place! Only thing was the prices for refreshments were sky high. 7 dollars for a large drink. Other then that it was nice..

Good entertainment place. Easy to buy tickets online, food is expensive. They do have samosas which is unusual but good. Getting tagged for buying a beer is inconvenient. Seats in the theater are very comfortable but took a while to adjust just right.

Went to see Spiderman: Homecoming in 3D RX and it was amazing. The popcorn tasted fresh and the motorized recliner seats were extremely comfortable. Worth every penny!

Probably just a bad employee but I haven't been back to this place since this happened because I was furious at the lack of effort to provide customer service.
I had a gift card (which I have since given away because I was pissed and still am when I think about it). I went to see a movie and seconds after placing cash on the counter top I remembered I had the gift card. I said "wait I think I have a gift card." I pulled out this gift card but upon presenting it to the cashier was told by her with my cash still visible in her hand that "it's too late I already pressed the button." I explained that I have a gift card. (Requiring no explanation because it was in my hand) I asked if there was anything they could do or if I could talk to someone. Got a stone faced "NO" from this individual and was told, "sorry I already pressed the button." At this point I am appalled at the complete lack of effort to assist me and I proceeded to watch the movie. My jaw remained dropped as I walked past all of the beautiful interior decorations that everyone else mentions in their reviews. I don't even remember what the movie was anymore but I can STILL remember this incident and still have not been back since.
No amount of free movies can rectify this experience so I will simply not go. My friends have free tickets here for Spider-Man tonight. I will not be going. Every time I hear of this place this is the only story that comes to my mind. I've only been here once and won't ever be back if I can help it. I can't drive past without getting angry. I'm not vindictive, just deeply saddened and angered by one experience with one person.response / report this review -

I enjoy this theater because it offers buying your ticket online to avoid standing in line. They offer alcoholic beverages if you enjoy this with your movie and have lots of choices for snacks. The reclining chairs are wonderful and offer lots of leg room. You don't feel crowed and on top of your neighbor who could be a stranger depending on how crowded the theater is at the time. It's a little further away from my home than a couple other movie theaters but we drive here for the reclining chairs.
