The price is great! The bathrooms don't get attention so they are always nasty. Unflushed toilets and toilet paper everywhere, pretty bad when you have auto flush.

This was the worst. If your movie is in theatre 8 just turn around and get a refund because there is shiny splatter all over the screen. For some strange reason they are still showing movies in there. What a waste of time! Also parking garage had a closed sign on it so we had to pay the meter and park a ways away and walk through all the construction. Then we ordered snacks and after we paid we’re told that the pretzel would be 10 minutes, I would have ordered something else if given the chance.

So we paid for parking and snacks only to walk all the way into the theatre with a ruined screen that was so bad we couldn’t watch the movie. I got amc passes but am still out for parking and snacks. What is going on with this place?? Never going back.

The parking deck for this theater is close, an easy walk and the theater validates for four hours. This theater is an AMC Classic, I think this means they haven't or won't update or fix it. The lobby and men's washrooms were a mess and more than have the stalls in the men's washroom were out of service. but the lines for the tickets and the concessions stand were short and moved fast, took less than 5 mins to get tickets and place our food order. if you ask for water they will give you an 8oz wax cup and if you offer to buy a regular sized cup it's $5.75 there is no way around this we spent about $30 for 2 hot dogs and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and for 2 movie tickets it was about $16. The video and sound quality were fine.

Was very fun! Definately gonna make this the place we go for all of our family nights out from now on. The theatre was clean and very welcoming staff.

They charge $9 for a bag of old, cold and stale popcorn. This theater is in great need of renovation. The seats are old and not very comfortable.

It's kind of hard to find the entangle to this place. Did you know matinee tickets in Phoenix are $5? Me neither. That's incredible!

I get it, it's a movie theatre but appearance is everything. We arrived at the first show of the day. Greeting were blah and lacked energy and a friendly welcoming attitude. Windows, floors, mats filthy. Opening or closing hours should have been used to create a better overall appearance of this facility. I was disappointed in this locations cleanliness and thrive to achive higher ratings. Prices are by far the best I have found and could potentially attract more business easily.

I really enjoyed this theater; especially the reasonable prices! One improvement that would be nice is if there was easy to find information about height restrictions for tall vehicles in the parking garage. It's nice that there was a regular parking lot available for tall vehicles, but I had to do a lot of research to figure out where it was.

This theater Is not the best. Suboptimal even for an AMC which is saying something. Recently went to see Annabelle: Creation and it was one of the weekday movie experiences I've had in a good while:

The bathrooms were completely out of towels and any other method to dry one's hands.

None of the four Coke Freestyle machines had any ice and it took a long time to get the issue addressed (they were still out of ice when my movie was over).

I'm not sure what type of idiot parents take their noisy little one to an R rated horror film - this isn't the theater's fault (common sense is in short supply). But it did take a long time for the issue to get addressed.

The machine to validate parking wasn't working for some reason.

Also, the popcorn is kinda bad. On the plus side the staff is friendly enough. I hate leaving negative reviews but my experiences here unfortunately warranty it. I would love to change it to positive review if/when things improve.

Four stars because one week day back when Frozen came out, I took my 3 kids and they were the only kids in there. Everyone else was an adult man alone. Idk what was happening but it was pretty awkward. Other times it's been perfectly nice. There's a lack of beer here.

I come here all the time. Beautiful waterfall in front doubles as a great place to take a date. Lots of places to eat and boutiques to shop in before the movie as well.

I guess, living in Phoenix, I should have known this, but I don't see many movies. The walk to the theater (from anywhere you park, as far as I could see) is AWFULLY long! If you have walking issues like I do, you might want to choose a different movie theater. I guess taking away one star just for personal issues isn't really fair, but I didn't feel there was anything special enough about the place to give it the fifth.

I love coming here! I only give it a 4-star review, because it lacks the nice features modern theaters have: alcohol, above-average food, comfortable seating, etc.

Matinee is about $3-4 per person, can't beat that.

Most of the time you will be one of the few people in the theater, since not many people go to this location (although, no idea why). I was once the only person in the theater room!

So mentioned above: the theater is ok, not extremely comfortable. The food is OK, not amazing. No alcohol. The big selling point is how quiet it is and the fact that matinee is so cheap.

Very much recommend going!

Matinee price $5.40 can't beat that especially w/24 theaters to chose from. The courtesy & service could be better overall.
Restrooms nearby are very convenient when the soda kicks in, or out.
I can add my own butter to my popcorn!! Meaning, I don't have Get Off my Ass during the movie to get more butter!! 👍
There are other restaurants and coffee shops nearby too if one does not like theater fare.
