Ample parking, courteous employees, clean facilities. Long, long walk to pick up cars, which we choose to see as a positive.

By far the most expensive auction to buy cars at! If you bought a car for $1,000 it is a $225 fee. 22.5% FEE!!! Normal auctions are half that! It is the most boring atmosphere, no giveaways but MAYBE 2 times a year, CHEAP!! Manheim and adesa has fun activities and nice giveaways weekly. That's how you get people to show up and have fun while buying cars. Nope not these cheap owners. The lady's in front are rude aswell, you can tell everyone hates their job. Dry atmosphere and no dedication. Don't think I'm going back after last week when i paid $17,000 for a car and nobody would help me get my title (yes they had the title) girls in front just don't care. Also their lot parking and sold section is a JOKE. 1 star for decent food. I advise going to another auction on Friday

bought a bunch of cars from here, decent cars but always run into title issues. paid 6,000 for a car and its been 6 weeks and still haven't received the title. good thing they want their money upfront and i cant do anything with this car, worst service ever there. Back to Manheim i go.

Got a used car, oil pans both fell out a couple of months later. ABC wanted me to tow it to their shop from Toledo. Business relationship was cut short, then and there.

The Most unprofessional/unorganized car auction by far in the area. There is absolutely no way this auction has above a 2 star review on Facebook, the unprofessional & dishonest employees must be adding fake reviews. Terrible Management

HORRIBLE auction!!!! Bought and sold many cars here and they lost a good customer. First off, the fees are just CRAZY for this hole in the wall auction!!!! They are atleast $100 more then any other auction!! Then after paying $400 buy/sell fee, after you buy the car, they park it in a lot that is not paved, full of mud, stones, potholes, and who knows what else garbage!! They make $800 on a car then park it like its a junk yard!! Ive seen multiple cars get SMASHED, or people/workers driving around in MY car!!! JAY WILSON the general manager of this place is a A**HOLE and should be fired on the spot!!! Just makes me wonder how this company has this poor of "leaders" that they hire this guy?? I give the people in the sales office credit for dealing with that guy!! They lost a lot of people that spent good money at this auction, and will continue to do so. I recommend to buy cars elsewhere, well unless you like your vehicles being destroyed or burning your money. if you go here, you will thank me later
