My daughter's first car care experience with Craig and his team at AACCEL was a wonderful surprise. The estimate on her car was 3000. Needless to say as a young single mother, this was a bit overwhelming for her. Craig offered her a FREE rental car while her car was being looked at as well as during the repair process. Craig took extra time to explain to her what she needed to do to properly maintain her car. We would recommend AACCEL to anyone but especially women who fear being taken advantage of from repair shops. They went out of their way to explain everything very thoroughly to us before and after her repairs.

The employees were very kind, and gave tons of infotation about the services and things that I'd need to know about my car!! Also, they offered a free loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired which was soemthing I really liked and was extremely useful. I recommend coming here fully!

I took my blazer to 2 places for emission failures. I spent 1200.00 in repairs with no success. I didn't tell the owner this. I was referred by a neighbor so I dropped the blazer off after talking to the lady at the front desk. Which I was skeptical about cause I didn't want to spend money without any actual corrects and a mechanic not checking while I was present. The owner calls me in the morning super early with every possible issue and a price list on everything plus a list of what needs to be done verse what could be fixed. He broke everything down with no sales pitch which made the conversation very easy. I did ask what he advised and I did go with what he advised. Fortunately for me they were actually done with full emissions testing passed, new blades and wipers, full tune up and few extras before the end of the same day. I show up to pay the guy and he breaks everything down easy. Then to my suprise he actually knocked out another very small items on the list that made a huge difference at no cost. He said he was already there and the parts were pennies. The blazer runs amazing. I feel like the day I got it and I still have more to fix. I know where I'm going. Give them a call I promise you if they do half of what they were able to do to my blazer you'll leave happy

As a shop I would rate it as 4 stars. The mechanics and owner are very good at what they do. Although they weren't successful in repairing my car for what it came in for (Ford couldn't figure it out either so it's not their fault) I was given great customer service! Craig and his staff were very informative, nice, and professional. Keep up the good work!

These people went above and beyond for me when I was there and in a pretty rough place. I came in with a check engine light (and had to get an emissions test) and urgently needed to get it fixed and on the road. Not only did they get me in immediately, they rushed parts in and prioritized work to get mine and all the other customers work completed. About half way through the process the owner came to me and said my tires were definitely not safe to be driving on however they don't do tires. Without me even asking he immediately called the local tire places to see what they had in stock. Discount tires next door didn't have them but offered me loaner tires so I could get where I needed to be. Obviously I was worried about more time but the owner offered to take my current wheels over, get them switched for me and bring them back to his shop and put them on for no charge. I made it to my destination safely and only a few hours late. It really was all thanks to the people here. The owner, girl at the front desk and mechanics were so kind. I will be back and I will pay it forward!

They fit me in last minute and even made the repair in a timely manner! Friendly staff, easy to talk to and very informative. Inside area was nice and included snacks and a coffee selection. Reasonably priced as well! Will be back.

I had failed my emission and brought it in to Aaccel and they got it all taken care of and got the emission test past. Craig is great. Will def come back here

My boyfriend and I have gone to AACCEL for everything: from oil changes to car repairs. We recently had to get a clutch replacement for our vehicle, and AACCEL was only a phone call away! The building was clean, the staff very friendly, and we were very grateful that when money was tight they worked with us on making the payments.They even provided us a loaner vehicle so the both of us could get to work while ours was being repaired. We are very happy with their service, we trust and will continue to trust Craig and his staff with our vehicle needs. :)
