This is tremendous place. Positive, upbeat very friendly and kind to guests. And you feel like a special guest when you are here. No attitudes just a really warm and friendly place to go.

They have the best vegetarian burger! If you're vegetarian or vegan, all burgers can be subbed for a quinoa based veggie Patty free of charge. I got their standard vegetarian sandwich which came with some type of salsa and avocado. It was the first time that I legitimately felt like I was eating a burger since I went vegetarian! So happy.

Our waitress/server trainer Ally was delightful, alert, cheery, and attentive. She brought us seconds on fries, an extra and premptively refilled drinks. The ensalada chicken platter is attractive and healthy choice. This location would of gotten us 5 stars except the young hostess was absent from her station for 8 minutes upon our 11:15 arrival and had an overall displeasing disposition.

Service was slow. Once we ordered, it was nearly 30 minutes before we got our food. Other then tjat, everything else was great.

Vegetarian: Burger joint with a Garden Burger and a Boca patty to substitute for beef. While good, it's overpriced. Slap the word gourmet in front of anything and it doubles in price. Same goes for booze. Craft beer runs $7.50-$8 for a tall. I got a house margarita for $5.50 and it tasted like a virgin. I haven't had a drink in a month and I'm pretty sure after that margarita the streak is still going strong. Restaurant trend checklist: run of the mill food called gourmet and overpriced, check. A single draft beer priced the same as a 6-pack, check. Name consisting of a single word, or preferably a single letter, nope. Maybe next week they'll rebrand to R.

Burgers were great and svc was quick. But stay away from the doughnuts (croissant/donut). We had to wait for them and they were extremely greasy with a bitter aftertaste. Like an old grease taste. Still burning our throats. We will eat there again though.

I'll start with the atmosphere. It's odd. They went from a stressful, items all over the wall style to something out of left field. The paint tones, pictures and quips on the walls do not go together at all. It's a very uncomfortable place now. Next, I touched the little screen they have on the table, played on round of a game, ONE ROUND! With no disclosure I would be charged to do so, I woulda played on my phone of I knew that you cheap skates! They charged me $2.99. Waitress didn't even inform me I would be charged to play a free game! Now to the food, your burgers are nasty. Why did you change the one thing that brings us there!?? Seriously they were the nastiest burgers I've had since Applebee's wow. I ate only half of my BBQ Burger and put it down. Was so bad. The fries have changed too. I'm not going into too much detail but you raise the prices for a lesser valued product and I really hope I'm not the only one noticing. I was so pissed. You guys are an embarrassment to your founders name. I'm pretty sure you will be going down faster than you expect if this is how you're handling a FOOD BUSINESS. Quit pinching pennies and give us quality and honesty!

Great location. Service here is always good. Main meal, refills, drinks, etc come promptly. You don't feel rushed. I don't like the electronic check out, but that's just me. The waitresses are helpful if I have problems.

I've given them three tries. All were horrible. I've been there when there was a wait and when there was practically NO ONE. The kitchen is slow as heck, every time my order was wrong. Fries are never hot, even if you ask for no salt.which they don't seem to understand the meaning.
The evening manager (May 2017) is young, immature and does not know how to talk to a customer. When he replaced my COLD sweet potato fries along with my new BURNED burger, to replace the RAW one, with fries that had no taste/inside an I asked "I would like you to taste these". His response was "I did and they ARE hot!" I was like, yeah they are hot, but cooked to where there is no taste in them.
I wrote a good review while there about the waitress because I KNOW that if you put a bad review there, it gets put on the server, NOT the restaurant/kitchen/manager.
Nope, don't bother going.and yes, the last 2 times were after they remodeled after a fire.response / report this review -

Good burgers served by a highly capable wait staff in a gratifying environment.
Decent, but limited selection of appetizers.
The burgers, shakes, fries and onion rings make me come back, but the price holds back a star and a higher return rate for me and mine.response / report this review
