Chk Mixed Veg: just yuck
Chicken skewer were the best we had
We wont be back.
Good food, relatively clean. We ordered, ate and paid and never seen an adult employee in the dining area. The young boy that waited on us was very polite.
Only waiter is 9-10 year old boy
Daughter is sitting in the booth or walking around playing g with Barbie dolls.
We ordered cokes received no glasses or ice.
The placemat menus were pulled from the Order to go counter with operation times scratched out and rewritten in pen. After ordering the young boy takes them back and puts them back in the to go counter. Only times we saw "mom and dad" was when they brought out our hot soup and got our dishes. Overall really displeased with quality of service. Food was okay but small. Will not return.
Food tasted ok. Server is a little boy. Portions are on the smaller size. I have had much better. Pretty disappointed to be honest..
Good food. Really tasty. Service was good. I just hope that the kid only help on summer. Not all the time. Anyway the kid was really good taking orders.
This really is a great little known secret of the Miami Valley. The food is fresh, of good quality, and prepared very well. It is a small family business that strives to excell ! : )
The food is really good and they don't use too much oil like a lot of places. The family that owns it is super nice too.
This family owned restaurant used to be wonderful. Not anymore. Forget about dining in. The only server is the family's 9 year old son. While he seems like a relatively smart kid, he's still just that- a kid. He has a younger sister who sits in one of the booths and watches LOUD videos on a laptop. Occasionally he will join in between his serving. It's almost sad, really. The mom and dad are in the back cooking. The little boy obviously has no serving skills, or interpersonal skills and quite frankly it has ruined their business. ESPECIALLY on a busy night. We have tried to come in before when they are busy. We sat ourselves as he obviously wasn't able to help us. He came up about 10 minutes later and says, "Uh, just so you know, we're like, really busy so it's gonna be a while." We said, "Um, okay, how long?" To which he replied, "I dunno." And walks off. Needless to say, we left. Came back another night to order takeout. He takes my order, and I hand him my Discover card to pay and he flings it back at me and says "We don't take Discover." So quickly, I didn't understand him the first time. I stood there with my card in my hand, dumbfounded, and this time he yells, "WE DON'T TAKE DISCOVER!!". Yeah, got ya loud and clear that time! So I pay cash and sit down to wait. About 5 mins later the mom sits a bag on the counter, and the boy looks at me out of the corner of his eye. I assumed that meant it was my order. So I take the bag from right in front of him, and leave. He says nothing. I get to my car and lo and behold it's not my order. I go back in, and tell the mom that I obviously got the wrong order to which she replies, "NO, THIS NOT YOUR ORDER, NOT YOUR BAG!" Yanks it from me, and hands it to another lady that came in after I left. It's a shame because the food was so good. I've tried and tried but it's just lost it's charm.
We walked in to try and eat here. The staff didnt even greet us, and were curt and we overall got the impression that we were intruding. The server was a 9 year old kid, and he was arguing with the only other customer there about what size forks they had available.
The menu had been marked out and rewritten with sharpie numerous times, and the lady who seated us just about threw the menus on the table and stalked off without a word.
In the end we walked out before the 9 year old server finished his argument to come over to take our drink order.
We showed up today (Wednesday) at 11:30, and the place was closed. Their posted hours show them opening at 11 on Wednesdays. There was no sign indicating anything about any special closure (workers sick, Chinese holiday, etc.).
