We LOVED our tour guide. She was truly amazing, knowledgeable and hilarious while also being creepy. We got a little screwed because they were filming in the location around our tour. So she made up for it bigtime taking us to a historic home known to be haunted and scared the hell out of us.

The Haunted Savannah Tour was awesome! We had a very small group so everyone could hear our tour guide Melissa and we all spent the tour casually chatting about our own personal ghost experiences in-between stops. Melissa was an amazing tour guide. You could see she was really passionate about the town and its history. She was a great story teller which really helped get you in the spooky mood while walking around. It was also SUPER impressive how well she walked backwards down the bumpy cobblestone streets! Amazing!
The tours also make great use of technology. Melissa showed us photos, videos, and audio recordings on her tablet at stops of paranormal activity that had been caught on camera. That was a nice added touch I had not expected but also helped you get into the creepy mindset.
I was a little disappointed that the tours didn't take you through the cemetery. But I never really saw any tours in there so I wonder if tours can go in at all or if the city bans large groups in there.response / report this review -

Our True Crime tour was amazing! True crime is an interest of mine and this tour was everything you would want in a tour of this kind. Michelle was our guide and she was so great and made it so fun and interesting, as well as haunting and intriguing. Definitely five stars for this place! You won't regret it.

Me and my wife and 2 kids under 13 went on the original haunted history tour on September 29, 2017. Kellee was terrific. She knew her stuff. She was so passionate and has a desire and love for what she does. She made history come alive, or shall I say she made the dead come alive. I loved the way that she engaged my children. She answered their questions and actually spent a time with them. We will make sure that we come back to your company. Top shelf! Loved it, loved it! Kellee needs a raise! You,rock Kelle. It was fun and educational. This was part of our daughter's birthday party. We had a great time. Our guide was very informative and full of energy.

Kelley was an amazing guide. We took the 10 pm tour and I highly recommend it. She gave us so much history not only about savannah but our country. The tour starts with a high intensity location and then ends on a sweeter note so you can sleep at night haha. Very pleased

We took the 10 pm Spirits and Scoundrels tour St Patrick's Day weekend. We were excited because it was adults only and we thought it would be creepy. It was actually terrible. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because everyone else seems to love this tour company so maybe it was just our tour guide and not the tour itself that was terrible. It's been a while (someone else bought the tickets so I didn't know Haunted Savannah did the Spirits and Scoundrels tour until now) so I can't remember her name but she was completely unprofessional. She dropped the F bomb every few minutes and "like" every other sentence. The way she spoke was difficult to follow and there were several times my three friends and I looked at each other not knowing what was going on in the story. Over half of the group left within the first 30 minutes. I wish we had. The Sorrel Weed house was neat, but by that time, we were all done. This is the first time I haven't tipped a guide.

Highly recommend this company/walking tour. Great mix of history and ghost storytelling. Kellee was an excellent tour guide, she really knows her history! Excellent raconteur. We took the 8pm all ages tour. Kids and adults alike enjoyed it.

Wonderful time walking downtown glad we took the tour. Michelle was awesome explaining each of the stops.The walk was very easy. Wish they would end the tour where it begins. It's only a couple of blocks away from the start but it's night in an unfamiliar town.
