Shane Carroll is a Saint!!! We had to lock a tenant out for non payment (commercial) and the tenants showed up and Shane stayed well after his job was done to make sure that I was safe!! I will be using this company for all future jobs!!!

Stopped by after being quoted from AutoNation Ford around the corner to have my key blank cut. Was quoted $40 "to cut". Ford quoted $20. I usually stay away from the Dealerships cuz of $$, and support local Small Business. This time it doesn't make sense. Not sure if the employee was laughing at me as I left, but whatever it was it musta been really funny.

Young woman with a Hispanic accent could not have sounded more incompetent on the phone. Called about a new ignition, and getting a quote, she said "I cant do that, but ill have a tech call you". Just list the techs number on Google then. I want to talk to someone who can help, not a middle man.

My service at first was good. It went downhill very fast, was misquoted the price of the key I needed three times. When I finally got the right price I confirmed that they would be able to come out that night as I needed the vehicle the next morning for my NEW job. The fourth time this company called me it was a female stating that they would not be able to come out that night. I informed her that I had multiple conversations with the pervious person confirming each time that it was today. She said oh he's new. I'm sorry not an exusce she was very rude and would not offer me anything for the inconvenience. I cancelled with her and called another company for a better price and they came out that night. Would not recommend this company.

I called at about 9 in the morning to schedule an appointment for later on in the day and was told that wasn't how y'all operated. That I just needed to call 30 minutes before and they would have someone come out. When I called back, I was rudely told that they didn't have anyone available and I would have to call a different company. When I tried to explain that they should have told me that in the first place the person on the phone was horrible and just plain rude to me. I even asked her why she was being rude when I was just explaining to her that they need to tell there customers this in the first place because I would have made other plans and she just got more rude so I hung up on her. I worked in customer service for 10 years and would never talk to a customer like that.

Our grandmother was found dead yesterday and once the house was released by the police, we were able to access it. I phoned earlier that day to inquire about service from A1 and was told that they did not have a service personnel in the area. I phoned another co Lang and they came out within 1 hour. Later that night I received a phone call from a service man inquiring about the locks needing to be changed. When I informed him of what the office had said, he told me that there was probably a mix up. (Especially since I did not leave my phone number earlier ) I then received a phone call from a young female who claimed I spoke with her earlier that day. She quickly became snooty and arrogant by saying, "Yes- you did." I told her "No, not true." To which she replied, "SO TRUE."

I hung on her due to her rudeness and lack of professionalism. I am glad that we did not go with A1 due to the blatant disrespect their employees show customers. I will NOT ever call them or recommend them for business.

I called 4 separate times to confirm what I needed, and what kind of car I had. They wouldn't take me after 3:30, then the next day, they suddenly can't work on my car, and their key machine is broken.

I have used A-1 Locksmith (all over DFW) many times over the past 5 years.this time, they charged me $400 for 30 minutes worth of work. Way different than the $85 they told me over the phone + $25 to drill the lock cylinder. I will be looking for another locksmith and would advise anyone thinking of using A-1 to look elsewhere.

I was in need of a safe and wasn't sure about what i needed or want. I stop by the new A-1 location at Hulen and I20 and was very impressed to actually see a store front business that sold safes "LIBERTY SAFES AT THAT'. After having Brian explain to me about the importance of a gun safe with fire protection, I purchased my first safe. Three days later i had my Liberty safe delivered and bolted down to my foundation. Its nice to find a company that does everything under one roof. Thanks Brian and A-1!!!!
