Great customer service and quality of jewellery. It is a pleasure to shop here at this first class facility. Best part is there is an open fixed price policy, so you don't have to worry about the unpleasant experience of haggling and overpaying because you didn't bargain better than others!!

My experience with Govindji's is 5-stars across the board. From the moment you walk into this beautiful 2-story boutique, you are immediately greeted by an extremely kind and knowledgable staff, complimenting a plethora of fine and unique inventory. I am especially impressed with Luis, my sales representative, and his ability to allocate me a hard-to-find Rolex sport model. This store is managed to perfection and it reflects throughout the entire process of shopping for fine jewelry. I am grateful to have this wonderful establishment so close to my home. Can't say enough great things!

My experience with Govindji's has been nothing short of 'delightful' over the years, to be specific for over a decadeThe staff is professional, patient and knowledgeable . You feel at home here being greeted by warm smiles. Everyone here including the owners go that extra mile to make sure you are treated with utmost respect even if you were just making a casual stop. They have the largest assortment of designs and jewelry models that I have personally come across in the metroplex. Craftmanship is exceptional with emphasis on the highest level of quality.

I recently purchased a set of rhodium plated bangles for my mother in India and she was absolutely thrilled. Even with the plethora of options there, she and my extended family talked about how unique and enticing this set of bangles were.

Last month I bought my husband his wedding band here!!! Himesh helped us and he was absolutely wonderful, the whole staff was!!! The selection there was amazing which made it hard to pick, but the knowledge staff answered all my questions, without pressure either way and made the process very easy for me!!!

Also and equally as important we brought my husbands Rolex here that he had gotten passed down from his father as a gift for the wedding from his mother Since his father has been gone for about 16 years now the watch needed some work and re-finished.. Once again we were THRILLED when we picked it up and it looked BETTER than new!!!

Can't say enough good things about my experience here and the service!! Both world class!!!

Will be back for my next jewelry needs!!!

Very courteous and helpful staff. No push to buy products. We went to them 3 times for checking jewellery price. On our last visit, we spent around 2 hours with them and the lady was very patient and showed us variety of design before we selected final piece.
They are also quite transparent in the deal. Sensing where we belong from, they honestly told once that our jewellery will be worth more if we sell it in India hence building a trust factor.

I will definitely buy more from them whenever I need to.

Yogesh is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I am a very happy customer and will high recommend their service. Govindji's is a beautiful place with great customer service. When you walk into other places they are very "pushy" with their sales/service, here you walk in and they guide you to the right selections for your budget. I had been there twice . The customer service was good. Basically the girls were very patient towards the buyer. They have a decent attitude. What I liked most is they did not force me to buy something from the shop, which I had observed in other jewellery shops. Not much interference from them while selecting some jewellery. I am happy with the ornaments I bought from them.

One of the best decisions I made was going to Govindji Jewelers! When I went to other jewelers early on in the process I felt overwhelmed and frustrated .Yogesh was so helpful through the process! He explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable! I had a tight deadline on when I needed the ring to be ready and Yogesh came through! The look on my fiancées face when she saw the ring made this entire process worth it! I would highly recommend Govindji jewelers!
