First time using this company (7.24.21) - found them by searching online for carpet cleaners. BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IVE EVER USED! Will use their services again and again and HIGHLY recommend this company. Mike was our technician and he asked questions about our carpet and checked to see if it was wool or synthetic or a blend so he knew which cleaning options would work best. (No other carpet cleaning service has ever done this). My husband and I are more than 100% satisfied customers!!!!!

Our carpets were needing major cleaning with us raising 2 puppies under a year. Mike came in and took care of us above and beyond the standard service! He has restored our carpet back and freshened up our home tremendously!

Mike did a great job cleaning our carpets! We did not have high hopes for them looking clean after many years of wear and tear but they look amazing! He really took time to make sure we were happy with the end product and he definitely delivered. Highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!!

Edit: The owner responded to my issue and offered a recleaning or a refund. The refund was issued promptly. I appreciate that he was polite, professional, and prompt. I have adjusted my review to four stars because I believe his customer service goes a long way to showing this is a business that cares even when things don't go as expected.

Needed to clean carpet in house i just purchased as it had pet stains in one bedroom. It looked better as soon as the guy was done but it took 48 hours to dry, the stains returned even darker and the smell got increasingly worse, probably due to the long drying time (I put fans blowing on it the whole time as well). I had to follow up with several treatments of natures miracle to try and get rid of the lingering odor. The natures miracle resolved the issue mostly but I am very unhappy to have spent almost $150.00 on cleaning one room that only made the issue worse. Was told on the phone that they would use enzymes and paid extra for that but I seriously doubt it was done. And 48 hours to dry with fans that carpet was soaked and done improperly.

I’ve used this company several times, and I must admit they go above and beyond. The technician David that came yesterday (3/16/21) was very engaging and personable. The best of the best! Tony Scott, you win! I've had many carpet companies come to my home, but this guy, hands down, is the most professional & best of them all! If your needing carpet cleaning, tile & grout, or Apolstery, you need to contact Tony Scott and book now! I have him come to my home every 3 months or so because of the high traffic areas & pet odors. I cannot say enough about Tony Scott's work.
This nice guy waves his "magic wand" over my entire house! The carpets look so stunning!!! I hope you all book him for your upcoming holiday gatherings and parties. I just have to compliment him on all his services! I can't say enough. My home is freshened & spotless after he leaves.

Power Steam did an AMAZING job on the carpets when I was moving out of my rent house. I have a little male dog who is AWFUL about marking (seriously, I make him wear a diaper and he still won't stop) Needless to say, the carpets were really bad and I was worried my landlord was going to be SO mad at me after I moved out. Power Steam came in and made what was probably 20 year old carpet look basically brand new!!! I couldn't believe what a great job they did, how nice they were and how professional they were. They went out of their way to not make me feel bad about the state of the carpets while at the same time explaining the degree of stains and what procedures would be best for each issue and room. I will ALWAYS use Power steam when I need my carpets or tile cleaned moving forward and I 100% recommend them to anyone in need. I would even recommend them to family, and that's about the highest praise I can offer. Incredible & Ethical company doing business the right way!!!!! THANK YOU Power Steam!!!!!

I'm furious!!! What a waste of time.
Joel and his son Andrew came to do the carpet today. My husband and myself took kids to sitters and took off work to move furniture. Joel goes on about the different types of cleaning we "should" have ordered, basically trying to upsale us. When we agree to the upsale and do a deeper, better treatment he goes outside to confirm it with his boss. Comes back in and said " oh sorry, we can't do it, I've only been working here 2 months and didn't know what I was talking about". Imagine my reaction going from confusion to anger very quickly. He runs out the door to avoid my wrath. Because now I have furniture placed all over the house when we are both missing work and spending money. Luckily, we call Generation carpet cleaning and I explain that we had been canceled by this company. They miraculously moved some workers around and show up to our home an hour later I'm Happy now
Don't waste your time for the deal, especially if they're going to upsale you anyway.

The Power Steam team did a phenomenal job! They set the up the appointment for the morning and our rooms were complete by the time we got home from work. They were incredibly easy to work with it from start to finish. We are completely satisfied with their customer service, as well as, the quality of work they did on our carpets. I have had horrible allergies this year. We had been in our new house for almost a year and my allergies were going crazy. Looking for answers we had our air ducts checked. We found out they were very dirty. In a very timely manor, we had an appointment scheduled to have our air ducts cleaned by Power Steam Carpet Cleaning. The technician was very professional, nice, on time and helpful! He answered all our questions and did such a thorough job!! We are very pleased with the results! I noticed a major difference with my allergy symptoms within just the first few days and they have continued to improve!! I truly believe having our air ducts cleaned has made a huge difference in how we are feeling physically. I definitely would recommend this company for carpet cleaning as well. They have cleaned our carpets at our last two homes and have always got out the difficult stains!

I had a water leak and was told I needed to get a water extraction company to come out and dry out the wall before they could diagnose it any further. I called Power Steam. They were there very quickly and tested my walls as the last company did and told me we did not have moisture in the walls and there was no need for any drying. The technician felt it was a leak from our water hose connection outside and gave a referral to Schneider Plumbing and he found the leak immediately and there was no water damage on the inside of my house. Thank you Power Steam for being an honest and ethical company. I will use you again!

We've had Power Steam Carpet Cleaning to our home in Denton many times over the years and have always been satisfied. They always go over and above what we ask and the last techician they sent to us certainly did the same! He stretched and repaired our entry way carpet and now it looks so much better. And our clean carpet always look great too, even though its over 13 yrs old! Power Steam Carpet Cleaning keeps it fresh and clean. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Power Steam Carpet Cleaning did a GREAT job on our old, stained-up carpet and furniture upholstery. Our carpet is not brand new (12 years old) and had a lot of stains. The technician with Power Steam spot-treated the stains and they lifted right out and the carpet looks a lot better! They even repaired an area of carpet that was pulling up by a hallway wall at no extra charge for us, and without me asking! That was cool! And we also have an old all-white sofa, which we like, but it's showing it's age. Power Steam cleaned it right up and it looks great again. We've done business with the folks at Power Steam Carpet Cleaning for years after finding an online coupon for them. They're always on time, fast and efficient, and do the small things that go the extra mile. I'm happy to recommend them!
