Evan Gray was the best! On time. Very professional and experienced. I use Zerorez now for all my carpet cleaning, because they get stains out best and I can go a year between cleanings (I have kids and pets!) I told Evan our stairs were new so try and be careful. He draped them all and then had the tools to attach their hose to my railing so it never touched the wood! No sales pitch. Quick and easy. Very nice people here.

Our technician, Charles, clearly enjoys his work. He was very pleasant, and very thorough. He explained the processes he use, and what we could do to prevent or some of the issues our carpet displayed. So glad we were blessed to have Charles in our home today.

Terry explained everything he would be doing and went what had done when finished. The carpets looked remarkably cleaner and the stairs looked almost new. Terry was very careful not to damaged the walls and took precautions To ensure the corners were protected. Overall very nice work, would ask for terry again.

Justin came out (actually waited on me as I didn’t hear the door bell) and was very personable. Did an excellent job cleaning the rugs and explained everything I needed to know. I paid a few more bucks and got what I paid for (very happy). I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their rugs cleaned.

My carpets and tile look AMAZING! The couch looks BRAND NEW! The house smells CLEAN! I am SO HAPPY! Paul was the best tech EVER! He was really friendly, professional, and explained how Zerorez works. And, he worked his butt off! Paul was GREAT! I've had several other carpet cleaners to the house before, but after this experience, I will be a Zerorez customer for life!

My mom used Zerorez in the past and she said they did a wonderful job so I decided to go with them after getting some other quotes from other companies. Zerorez was a little more expensive but after talking with other companies I didn’t want the residue left on my carpets from the shampoos other companies use, so I was willing to pay a little more.
I was not disappointed, my carpets look amazing! The technician was very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Rarely do people use Google Reviews for something positive. This situation is different. I was extremely please with my experience. Prompt call for a quote, friendly call to schedule appointment, on time for appointment with generous 30 minute call ahead, and speedy service.

Garrett, who was our tech, did an absolutely incredibly job with our house and went above and beyond to help remove some orange "slime" from my daughters carpet. Extremely friendly guy and never was pushy with any add-ons. He simply gave me my options and let me make my decision.

Would highly recommend this company and that Garrett receive some sort of recognition other than my simple review.

Technician was awesome. Very courteous and professional. He explained the entire process and set expectations. And he did a fantastic job with the carpet. Our carpet now looks (and smells) good as new. Drying time was minimal, and the carpet feels really clean (no soapy residue or drenched floors). I will definitely use these guys again. 5 stars!

Professional, courteous and my carpet looks amazing. Never could have guessed it could be restored to this. Odor removal is incredible which was paramount to me. My allergies are already improved. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and worked hard to only sell me what I really needed. Price was fair for the service. Happy to pay a reasonable price so they don't skimp elsewhere and pay employees a fair wage. Appreciate that they use black lights to identify stains. Wish they had used a card reader to take my payment rather than typing in my card number. Puts the technician at risk.

The two men who came to my home were courteous, professional and didn't waste any time in setting up their equipment. They each had their own jobs to do and acted as a team and explained their process as they cleaned the carpets, and tile floor in our kitchen.
We have had Zerorez out to our home before and were happy then, as we were now with the results. Will definitely use them again in a few months to clean some other bedrooms and the remainder of our tile flooring.

Great customer service. The office called at the beginning of the appointment window to give exact time of arrival. The tech was very knowledgeable and helped moved couches so that the area was clear, he paid special attention to my stains and high traffic areas. Carpet looks amazing. As good as the day we bought the house. Would recommend them and will use them again!

I scheduled my carpet cleaning online with Zerorez after hearing their ads on the radio. I received confirmation by email and phone. The technician that came to my house was very professional and friendly. He asked me to check each room for my satisfaction before leaving. He did a great job! There were no surprise costs or hidden fees. I will be using Zerorez for my future carpet cleaning needs and highly recommend them.

I have used Zerorez in the past but it has been a number of years and remember how much we loved it then so thought it time to use them again. They did not disappoint us; the carpets look fantastic and the tile entry looks like when it was first put down. Technician was very polite and informative. Carpet looks good so far. I did have to use my finger to pull up some sticky stuff out of carpet. Also walked on it with white socks like I was told I could do and they ended up dirty. I changed them to a clean pair with the same results. Will wait a few days to see if dirt comes back. So far I'm pleased with results. Will follow-up in a few days with bottom line results.

We had a rough start at first, the service man had a different work order, called the office, got everything worked out. The service man was really very nice and could not have handled the situation better! Amanda was really great too. Both wonderful! Carpets now, they did a great job. Some stains didn't come out, they were old, I never had high hopes for some. Others did come out! Over all the carpets looks so much better! We're pleased with the results! Worth the money.

Our technician was extremely good! He communicated very clearly what he was doing and why and went over and beyond to try and get stains out and to make sure the carpet was in great shape before he left. He worked very hard and did a fabulous job. My carpet is 12 years old and we have it cleaned every 2-3 years and he by far has done the best job out of all the companies we have ever used. We will definitely use Zerorez again! Thank you.
