I have stayed at 8th and Ocean several times. The place is AMAZING! The Villas are clean, the location is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and YOU can truly relax with your family and /or friends. My family and I have created so many memories at 8th and Ocean that I truly feel it is a place I have to go back to as my vacation go to. It is also the same I booked for a girls getaway. YOU can't go wrong with the location, the beach, the views and the memories!

I have stayed here a few times, both in the smaller back apartment upstairs and the larger upstairs and downstairs units. The entire villa is well appointed and beautifully and functionally furnished. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The beach in the front is gorgeous and never crowded. There are great places to eat nearby and you can even walk to Edwards, a wonderful local grocery store. We have been able to comfortably sleep 3 families in the lower level larger unit and there is an expansion apartment if you need to sleep even more. We will be back over and over again!

What an amazing place to enjoy a vacation with family and friends! It afforded us the perfect balance of togetherness when that suited us, and a retreat to our own private quarters when that fit the bill. With four apartments - two big and two smaller - we were able to bring our adult children and their spouses under one roof yet avoid making each other crazy.

The apartments were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped though we ate out a lot. The view and being right on the beach made it truly heaven for us.

Rincon reminds me a little of Key West in terms of its small town charm and tropical color, with a more Spanish feel of course. Lots to do: dining, horseback riding, wind sailing, swimming, and best of all, snorkeling - my personal favorite. We could walk to many places, super convenient location.

We will return without a doubt for our next reunion. Thank you for making it a great place in every way!
