Burnt food, Stale wine and bread. Very poor restaurant, At least they didnt charge us for the entrees that we couldnt eat.

I cant believe this! I always drink white wine and I never ever had allergy reaction and this time I got it, my face got so red :( this is so sad for a nice, elegant restaurant
The manager should do something about it and by the way if you eat across is the same restaurant

So we had already ordered when I read the bad reviews which made me a little nervous! But , I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was good, my martini was good and the burger was yummy. I did order super rare and it was not as rare as I usually get but still pretty good! The prices are high but your in an airport so all the food places have over inflated prices- where else are you going to go? Your a captive audience!

Save your time and money, go to Cheeburger Cheeburger. Over cooked "wagyu" (seriously doubt it) sliders with more bread than anything else.

Service sucks. Plates and glasses left on table for 30 minutes. It is clear the wait staff does not care about your experience. Burger was put together quickly and sloppy after waiting 30 minutes for a med rare burger. I understand its a factory for airport customers but come onput in a little effort.

It's so basic. Everything is really expensive. Got my smoothie tasted like ice. My platter was almost empty. They literally have me only one egg. The waiter just looked like he didn't want to be there. When I started to say something he just walked away before I was done.

The food was average, our waiter was terrible, he lost the piece of paper that had our order. For airport food it was pretty expensive.

Meh. I'd say the average is accurate here. Not the greatest cook. Sauces are boring and the seasoning on the steak is nonexistent.

Got the filet and regular burger. Neither was very flavorful. The burger was large but had a single tomato that was not very large on it. Was not impressed with the sauces that were avaluable for the steak. The filet came in 2 pieces, and though I ordered medium, one was medium well and the other rare. Would not eat here again, would not recommend.

It's a freaking restaurant in an airport. So I don't know what your expectations are honestly. I will say, it's pretty good stuff. We got to the airport a little early, and in a rare circumstance, my wife was craving a burger. That never happens, so I had to take advantage of this miraculous opportunity and get some burgers. We stopped here. We got and shared the chipotle burger. The burger was delicious. So were the fries. The service was just fine, realistically, no complaints. You're still in an airport, so it's noisy, and bustling, and everyone is in a rush. But considering all that, this place isn't bad. And speaking from experience, neither are the other two restaurants in JetBlue's terminal 5. I'm impressed all around.

The waitress, Milagros made this great meal excellent. She was was patient and asked specific questions when I was ordering to ensure I was pleased with my order. The food was better than expected for an Airport and my server made recommendations that was not exactly on the menu to fit my specific health concerns and I wish I could return more often now Thanks Milagros C. Big asset to a great menu.
