Best happy hour on the Jersey Shore! My favorite restaurant in Long Branch (sister restaurant to Stella Marina in Asbury Park, almost identical menus). The food is fantastic, & the staff are stellar at the bar! Jaime Esposito, Cheryl & Matt make this my personal favorite bar to visit - half price happy hour menu at the bar all Sunday starting at noon. Can make it very affordable to have a ceasar salad, calamari, pizza and mussels, splashed down with a couple glasses of wine for under $50!! Also, their "Sunday Sauce" is an absolute hit (tastes like your mom made it - if you're Italian, you know what I mean!).

Broccoli rabe was delicious but could have used some more garlic.
Salmon was great as well.
Enjoyed watching the Ocean.

To Whom it May Concern and Management,
I, along with my spouse and four other couples, reserved an evening table on Saturday October 14, 2017 and to say the least highly displeased with overall service, quality of food, and general ‘Sirens’ Experience.
Both my husband and I have been long term guests, patrons, and enthusiasts per Sirena over the last ten years. On Saturday our service was horrendous, two antipasti and one Insalata courses were simply ‘lost’ or ‘forgotten.’
Our entire meal and time at Sirena was ‘rushed’ by staff, courses were served basically ‘on-top’ of each other, and assistance by service staff was wonderfully greeted and followed with direct rudeness for simple requests.
As a long-term guest of Sirena (accruing bills of several hundred dollars per visit) I and my husband, in addition to friends and peers, will no longer be spending any time or funds at your establishment.
I have been a dedicated and enthusiastic guest of Sirena, and Stella but refuse to endorse terrible service, and low-quality product at such a ridiculous and unwarranted retail price point. We, along with friends, family, and peers, will gladly support other Monmouth County / Long Branch Vendors.
Sirena management may benefit from tweaking service, product preparation and presentation, along with general guest experience.

Food and staff were excellent lighting was very dim. Quiet for an early dinner and very lively for your average dinner time. All in all though a good experience. Try to come for lunch if your looking to save a buck same menu for lunch and dinner.

They were not ready today when we got there 1120 am. We waited 10 min until 1130 am when they should open but they still were not ready. Hence our enthusiasm and appetite tanked a bit. We waited another 10 min before we were seated. Disappointed. :( so I cannot give them good rating for not opening on time and not putting customers No 1, for this particular experience.
The food was good. View spectacular. Waiters friendly. But their forks and plates had other people's remaining food on them: dirty and yucky. This restaurant needs some work, but has potential to be an upscale dining venue.response / report this review -

Waited an hour for table. Ordered two appetizers and two beers. The waitress said it was the last of the Sam Adams summer ale, and then waited over 45 minutes for a pizza.
Second time I have eaten at this place and I cannot understand why they're in this business if the food is mediocre at best and the service, although courteous, is missing the excitement and responsibility of satisfying the customer. Bread without butter or oil is unacceptable, and one glass of water over a 2 hour wait is another story. Let me not go on, you really need to improve.response / report this review -

Thoroughly enjoyed Sirena Ristorante. Great food and service. Bartender Cheryl was very accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. Looking forward to going back. Great ocean views.

I know it's fancy restaurant, but it's right on the beach and they didn't let me and my girlfriend in, but we weren't even that undress. We had to get change to even more formal than that. Then why couldn't they just open somewhere else other than beach? Also, hostesses wasn't really well trained and just acts like young kids.
Food was alright, it could've be great if service was better than this, basically service and unproper trained hostesses ruined the restaurant. I wouldn't suggest this restaurant if you want to go in and come out in a happy mood.response / report this review -

Sirena Ristorant is an upscale restaurant in Long Branch set on the beach. It has an amazing location and great view. Definitely what you would expect from a fine dining experience on the beach.
The bread to start was fantastic and I really enjoyed it. The calamari appetizer was maybe 30% calmari and the rest was fried veggies. Slightly disappointing. The shrimp scampi was pretty delicious.
I had gotten the Marechiara as my entree. I was a little let down and overall not completely satisfied. I tried the swordfish and it was a bit dry and the mashed potatoes were nothing to rave about. The spinach potato gnocchi special was quite good but it is tough to eat an entire plate of gnocchi.
Dessert was average at best and the coffee did not come out hot.
Also, the staff was not that attentive and really not the friendliest bunch. They seem annoyed to take our business.
Sirena is not terrible but it is not a place I am going to go bragging about. Your options are limited in Long Branch so if you are looking for a romantic Italian dinner on the beach, you will probably end up here.

Wonderful location on the ocean with beautiful views. The ravioli that our waiter told us was award winning was marginal and the sauce bland. Definitely not freshly made pasta and the sauce really lacked flavor. The waiter also never brought us more water, and the drinks we ordered from the bar were either bland or not at all mixed. Lastly, the bread while delicious was diminished by butter that was brought out in a dish that was so cold as to reflect a glacier and had the texture of frozen margarine.
Come here for the ambiance and the location near the beach, but not for the food.response / report this review
