My experience here was the WORST! I came in with a few friends planning to make a significant purchase, and was completely ignored. I got no recognition when I walked in, so I decided to browse while I waited for some assistance. 15 minutes later, and I still hadn't received so much as a hello. I continued to wait while a worker (woman with dark brown hair and tattoos) was busy hanging out with a friend and playing with her dog. I waited patiently as the man (with long dreadlocks) continued to brag to another customer that he was just next door drinking liquor-and had nothing better to do! The last straw was when both the workers walked outside and yet STILL had not aknowledged me! My friends and I decided to leave at this point, and we were shocked and dismayed with how this company treats their customers!

Been all over the country to glass shops and this place rocks. I HAD 4 MINUTES TO CATCH A BUS AND I NEEDED A PARTICULAR PIECE DUDE MADE IT IN MINUTES GRABBED THE BUS AND HAD A FABULOUS TIME IN NYC. NUFF SAID. But I digress. That unprofessional dude someone references in review is out of the picture for good, he def was not on the level. Everyone else I've seen has gone above and beyond. They are friendly and don't over sell you and they knows whats up. Glass art from artists all over the ADKs and dope in-house guy. Glass studio in window. Love it.

I tried doing business with Mike from 42 Degrees and he is very unprofessional. Hope he doesn't treat all his customers like he treated myself. Telling someone to go kill themselves is VERY unprofessional. Do no recommend doing business with him.
