Great experience tonight. I’ve purchased vacuums here for our business but I was waiting until my household vacuum died before making another purchase. Wellmy vacuum wasn’t cleaning properly and I was “over it”. I walked in tonight uncertain and frustrated and walked out happy and confident. I just vacuumed my house and all I can say is “wow!”

I went to get my Dyson vacuum fixed and told him my problems of what I didn't like. As I am explaining he actually took the time to listen. Asked me if I if I maybe interested in a different vacuum that was better and stronger. He showed me and explained all concerned with new vacuum. He took his time and answered all my stupid questions with much patience. Made me feel that he cared about what I needed. I bought a terrific vacuum. What I liked that he got to the point of what I needed without trying to oversell to make a sale!

Excellent and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for a GOOD vacuum. We felt no pressure to buy a vacuum, and instead left with alot of good information and a vacuum that we can trust to do its job. In fact on its first use the vacuum got so much dirt out of the carpet that the carpet is now a brighter color! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a good quality vacuum from some knowledgeable people.

This store has an awesome sales and service staff! They are knowledgeable, approachable, professional, and take a very non-aggressive sales approach, which for the customer, is always appreciated. They will never try to upsell you anything if you don't need it, and don't waste your time trying to get you to trade in your old vacuum for a "new and improved" model if you have any repair needs!

John and Reggie have my vote as the best team out there, along with their service staff. I am a person who doesn't mind paying more for excellent customer service, and these two nail it right on the head! That being said, they will always try to get you the best price on anything vacuum-related so you know you aren't being cheated.

For me, the great customer service experience makes it well worth a trip just to stop in and say "hi." When you're a name not a number means a lot to me, and when they greet me by my first name with a smile means they're welcoming me to their place of business and aren't just out to make a buck.

In the small market of vacuum cleaner shops in the Capital District, this shop is number one and gets two thumbs up from me, and I have no problem recommending them to others, as I know they'll have the same excellent sales and service experience as me!

Always an excellent experience. Fairly priced, super friendly, they do whatever they can to accommodate you. My carpets come out super clean. I've been using them for over 3 years and wouldn't think of changing.

So I took my shark to another vacuum repair shop in Albany to see of it could be repaired. I walk in tell the guy the roller brush isn't spinning. Guy tells me sorry can't help you can't get parts. Doesn't offer to show any vacuums they sell in the store. I find Capital vacuums and Reggie tells me they would check it out but admitted its hard to find parts for shark. It wasn't repairable due to blown motor. At least they tried and Reggie hooked me up with a refurbished Dyson at an in unbeatable price!! Works better than the shark did when it was new. Go see Reggie at Capital vacuums! Great service, good people!!

I just moved into my apartment and needed a vacuum that was good at picking up cat hair. Capital Vacuums worked with me and talked about the benefits of the different brands of vacuums. I am very happy with my selection and recommend anyone who is looking to buy a quality vacuum. The customer service with excellent and their prices are very reasonable. I would not go anywhere else for a vacuum or floor cleaning supplies. Thanks again!!

Had a little confusion when it came to booking an appointment. They straightened everything out and the customer service was excellent. They really wanted to satisfy me which I thought was wonderful. David who came to clean my carpet was very nice and did an excellent job. I will contact them when my carpet needs to be cleaned again.

Had an excellent experience with them. Trying to find a roller brush for my older eureka. Apparently part has been discontinued for years and they had one in there stock. Very happy with service after calling 12 other vacuum stores they were the ones to have it. They were also the only store that told me the part was discontinued. I will now take all my business to them.

We had Capital Vacuums out this morning to have our carpets cleaned. Setting up the appointment was easy and the staff helpful. We even had to call and change our scheduled date and they accommodated without complaint. Dave was on-time (even called ahead), friendly and very thorough in his job! Price was competitive too. I would definitely recommend them.
