Great deal on our car. Sales staff are excellent.
I have leased three cars from Chris at Latham Ford and the experience is always awesome! Chris is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Ford product line, available trims and options for every vehicle he sells. You can tell he has a real passion for cars and this is more than just a job for him. He is always personable, flexible and low pressure. When my lease is up on my ’18 F150 STX I will be calling him again.
Purchasing vehicle was an ease.
Bringing it in for repair a few month later was a NIGHTMARE!
Overcharged for an item that broke.
Tried to charge for the first free oil change.
Man at desk tried to lie about the the work done.
Office employees a mess.
Another customer was being ripped off right next to me.
I won't be back.
I just took my F-250 diesel into Latham Ford for its routine oil change and service. Latham Ford also completed the NYS Inspection. All of the service was done professionally and all of the staff were friendly and professional. Thus, I take my vehicles to Latham Ford for service because they get the job done and do it well for a fair price.
As I said before: "Take your Ford to Latham Ford for GREAT service."
Took me on time. Finished with no problem. Fair price.
If I could give them a zero I would. Customer service sucks. Go anywhere else. I will inform my friends and family not to consider this place. What a joke.
Always a pleasant atmosphere. Service Department takes pride in making your vehicle safe and reliable
Great Sales department and Service. They go above and beyond to talk to the customer and inform them of any issues with their vehicle as well address it and not try to drive up the price. Sales people will make sure you get the vehicle you want and options as well. Also try and get it to a few dollars of your price point.
I take my vehicles to Latham Ford for service because they get the job done and do it well for a fair price. I just brought our Mustang to Latham because it was running very rough. Rodents had chewed a wiring harness going to a coil pack and had damage the coil connector. They also attacked the fuel injection insulation as well as the battery jacket. Latham Ford worked with my insurance company and completely repaired the damage leaving the Mustang looking like new again!
As I said before: "We keep bringing our F-250 and Mustang to Latham Ford because they get the job done, are friendly people and go the extra mile to explain all the problems. Bottom line:
Take your Ford to Latham Ford for GREAT service."
Friendly service. But nobody can figure out why my Focus ST continues to stall out, causing dangerous situations.
Bought my car 4 years ago and I've always brought it there and I love the dealership still to this day. I'm always in and out fast and my car is always taken care of perfectly.
The Service Department is great! I call ahead to make an appointment and there are no surprises. I get an estimate of the charges before they start the work and in nearly 4 years now they have been on the money. I settle in to the waiting area, grab a free coffee and something from the snack machine and do my bills while others relax in front of the TV. On top of everything else they are nice people--------Fred and Carol in particular. George Sinnott , Ford owner since 2013
I need you to listen to me. This is important, and it’s for your own good. Do not, under any circumstance, do business with Latham Ford or buy a Ford vehicle. If somebody recommends that you visit Latham Ford, it’s either an April fool’s joke, or they want you to fail. If you find yourself in a circumstance in which you desperately need to get out of town, and there is someone selling a 2011 Ford Fiesta for $500, or a Craftsman riding lawnmower for $499, buy the lawnmower and a pack of gum. You will not make it out of town in the Ford.
I had been warned about going to Latham Ford in the past, but when I brought my 2011 Ford Fiesta with 27k miles to my mechanic, he contacted Latham Ford and was told the transmission would be covered by an extended warranty. When I dropped the car off to them, I was told the same.
My brother told me later that day that i would get a call the following day from them telling me it's not covered. I laughed, but sure enough, 9am the next day I get the "I've got some bad news for you.." call. I knew I was on the butchers block at that point, so I told them I'd pick the car up and bring it elsewhere. They still charged $106 just for looking at it.
My experience at Latham Ford is always the same. Excellent service men who are very professional. This time it was my 30000 mile vehicle check so it took a little longer but they very nicely gave me a loaner car for the afternoon period I couldn't have been happier. Nobody works on my car even to do an oil change accept my dealer Latham Ford. Thanks guys.
