Once again it was a positive experience at 20/20. Dr. Pederson is professional, expedient, and kind! Also it was a pleasure to meet and work with Joshua, he too was very professional and kind!

Good visit. Staff was pleasant, as was Dr. Peterson. Little wait time. Bathroom needed a good cleaning and dusting. Only suggestion is that the office does not need to verify appointment time 4 times before my appointment!

The experience began just fine as I arrived a few minutes early to complete the paperwork. My appointment time was for 4:40 pm. The tech brought me back to do the initial tests for the doctor. He then brought me into the exam room where he had me read the letters on the board. As he was walking out the door he said the doctor should be in to see me in a few minutes. While I was waiting the tech brought my husband back to wait with me. We sat and waited for 20 minutes. I finally decided to go check with the tech to see if/when the doctor would be in only to find out the doctor had left for the day. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So much for trying to stay local.

Took my son & I here for eye exams & just had the best customer service. Jessica is so nice & very hospitable when you first come in. I ended up getting glasses for my son & rx sunglasses for myself & Tara could not had made the process any easier. She was wonderful & so knowledgeable. All in all great experience.

I had an appointment within 24 hours for an eye infection. I was taken in at my appointment time and met with the doctor. He took his time and explained everything. I would highly recommend 20/20. The employees are super nice and professional.

The staff is always polite and helpful. Medical exams are quick and painless - I hate to say 'quick', because I don't feel short-changed. But I didn't feel like they kept me there for the sake of keeping me there (quite often I feel like the goal of the Dr office is to keep you there for one hour minimum, no matter who you visit or what you're there for).
Location is perfect. The office is always clean and well lit. And they have a terrific selection of frames.

Uh.. what else do you say about going to an Eye Dr Office?

This visit showed that all staff is friendly and giving! Picked up great glasses! Love them! Visit on 4/25/17 was just as good! Dr. Peterson and staff are wonderful. The glaucoma testing was very comfortable! Thank you!!

As many people can relate, I've spent years trying to find a competent, skilled, and an overall caring Optometrist. Where other Optometrist have failed to fit my difficult eyes (Keratoconus patient), Dr. John Peterson went above and beyond to successfully fit me with Hybrid lenses, this has essentially changed my quality of life, and for that, I'll always be a 20/20 Image Eye Center patient. What really put the cherry on the top for me is the staff (Mike/Christina/Libby/Tara), I cannot praise them enough - they simply make coming in for an appointment a complete JOY - and I truly believe they care for my wellbeing.

Don't make the same mistake I did spending years looking for the right Optometrist - Save some time and money, go to 20/20 Image Eye Centers Fountain Hills

Wonderful experience!! This is my first time having Dr. Peterson and he is a wonderful addition to the practice. My optician was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vibe is very different than before; warm, friendly, positive. Dr. Peterson made the eye exam fun!

Great staff but very bad computer system. The computer deleted me from the system and my appointment took 2 hours. But if it were not for the wonderful staff squeezing me in it would have been rescheduled.
