A little over a week ago I called Banner Clinic in Sun City West for a referral to a gynecologist as I am having an issue which is also painful. I then called again last Thursday to ask if they could please expedite the referral so I could be seen asap. They said they would. I called the gynecologist this mornings, and guess what?? They still don't have the referral. How long does it take to sign a form and fax it? Not very long. Just another proof of how little this clinic anyway has no compassion or empathy for it's patients. When open enrollment comes around, I will be sure to pick an insurance that covers someone else.

There are tons of reviews talking about all the wonderful things about this hospital and I agree 100%. I didn't like the food but I've never heard of a hospital with halfway decent food. They do have cafes and shops that sell yummy food though and are located near everything. The only qualm I had was that they seemed to get every trainee, resident, and other inexperienced person into our room. Don't bother to pre-register, apparently their website is more sophisticated than their processes so they didn't know what pre-registration was. We overall enjoyed our stay though.
