Good service & very clean rooms. The staff are nice. The building though is starting to age a little bit and some of the amenities specially around the swimming pool area need to be renovated. But in general it’s a very good hotel. We had the suite with private Turkish Hammam inside the room which was absolutely amazing.

Hands down one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at - they upgraded my room to the spa level which includes a steam room. Great service.

This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in! After having problems at the Grand Hyatt that were not resolved my family and I stayed at the Park Hyatt for a few nights and I am so happy we did. The room was well designed and the bathroom was a work of art! The staff was great and I hope to stay here in the future again

Small hotel but nice. I liked my suite and the hotel’s location the most. What i disliked is the variety of food offered in restaurant and in-room dining.

One of the best hotels in IST, and the service is just amazing, everyone talks to you by your name and one of the best service experiences I have ever had at any of the Hyatt’s in the world. Breakfast can be improved!!

Love the hotel. It has a great location in the midst of nisantisi with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are well proportioned and in good condition, but I wish the bathrooms had better ventilation. I would come back for a visit.

The hotel is amazing and luxury. The room was very cleaned and organised. Quite hotel in a luxurious area. The staff are very friendly and helpful and dealing with the visitors in a professional manner. It's worth to spent your vacation there.

Moderately priced property located in a quiet side street. Standard room had a king-sized bed, work desk, large flat screen TV, free Nespresso, minibar, deposit box, and a spacious bathroom. Room was very quiet. Breakfasts are served 7:30-10:30 am. Alternatively, continental breakfast can be served in the room for 60 TRY.

Our staying in your hotel from Oct. 22 till 25. Was wonderfull. staff very friendly and helpful. Specially Kevange & Korel. But I would like to mention about Mehtap Dogan she has great customer service. I want to thank her for the outstanding service she offered to us and to all customers was in the lounge October 23 & 24. And i liked her English conversation. Park Hyatt Istanbul Hotel is located in a calm area close to luxury shops and restaurants . The staff are well trained ,helpful and friendly. I will recommend it to my family and friends.
