Very nice staff have a nice Wellness Center but Not all of them provide professionel Massage.

Hotel Bathroom is small and not clean.. Room size is small and has little moving space.. Room keeping service is not good.. Breakfast has limited variety.

Some rude reception service, dirty room, poor breakfast with terrible Turkish tea, no extra key provided for the family rooms unless you pay extra 10Euro, no swimming pool again if you don’t pay 10Lira for the compulsary cap.

It's a nice place, friendly people, but couldn't understand why the floor in the rooms and restaurant is always uncleaned..besides that, the sheets and towels are clean, air-conditioning working just fine..

Went there on a hot Turkish evening and after being told to go to the asscock hotel. Little did I know it's actually pronounced ascosh didn't get what I was looking for but nice bar

Excellent hotel very friendly staff. Room and terrance with prefect view of the marmara sea. The breakfast is wonderful with a good selection. Easy to travel to see sites, public transport and within walking distance of the blue mosque.

Service is not bad. One of the receptionists was really bad. He was talking in not a gentle way. They put some coke and water in the fridge and I thought that it comes with the room but at the checkout they asked us to pay! This is a very bad practice, they have to make it clear that this has different receipt but they didn't. Airecondition wasn't excellent.
