The staff are lovely and very helpful. Our stay in Queenstown was even more enjoyable due to Dianne and Natalie giving us the best service.. thank you for the tips of where to get a great meal and welcoming us to your hotel.

Clean and tidy rooms with accomodating staff. No children under 17 allowed at the motel though, so bear this in mind when booking. However the motel is extremely quietjust the way I like it!

Awesome spot. Awesome view right out the door. Close enough to walk to everything in central Queenstown. If you really need to use the internet you definitely shouldn't plan on doing that at the motel though, the internet was a nightmare.

Queenstown is a very boisterous place with lots of traffic and quite a lot of expensive accommodation, but this one was fairly reasonable for the town. We found that this motel was really nice and the owners environmentally conscious. The room was well fitted and comfortable. For cooking, there was a microwave but not a cooktop.

Lovely spot with good views of the lake. Our room was a good size with a really comfy bed and pillows. The amenities in the room are standard and good quality. The owner has added a few good sustainability touches which is nice. Town is less than 15 minute walk away or there is a busstop nearby. Customer service was really fantastic. Highly recommended.

Walk to the lake and all amenities. Clean room no complaints. On main road so easy to find but no traffic noise. All double glazed. Balcony. Just right

Very bad. We fully paid. But they said we have baby, can't stay in their motel. Then me and babies rent an other motel room. My wife want to use the room we already paid in Queenstown motel apartment, they still not allowed. That's cheating.

I would not even rate this hotel a 1. My husband and I arrived at our hotel with our 10 month old daughter after booking our room through wot if to find ourselves being refused to stay. When making the booking, there was no mention of it not being suitable for children UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE, yet they felt it was ok to take $1,200 from us even tho we didn't stay. We booked a self contained room with a queen bed but were given a bedroom with a queen bed and single bed, if we had been given the right room we would have been able to fit our babies cot in it " safely " but that would have been to hard for the manager to change. She also threatened to call the police because i began to cry and told her that they were being unfair. Not once were we abusive or out of character. Purely upset as it was our honey moon, we had a tired, cranky and hungry baby and were just told we would loose our $1,200. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable.
Such a terrible experience, and i hope you are enjoying the easy extra $1,200. Because our honeymoon was cut short thanks to your lack of information.
