Good food and nice interior décor

Arrived at 6, ordered after 15 minutes, food did not arrive for over 2 hours. Terrible service, overpriced, food was mediocre at best.

We have been to this restaurant a few times however the service tonight was pretty poor, waited around 15 minutes to get a beer and even the food tonight was pretty average. Sorry to say we were not impressed. Presentation was pretty good though.

Food is average and the service is atrocious!!! Do not book group dinners here. They have no idea how to manage a group booking. Tried it twice for a group booking to give them the benefit of the doubt and no improvement. The guests arrived and we were ignored for over 45 minutes. Had to ask if we will get a waiter to our table then was addressed by the manager in the most inhospitable way. The first time we did a group booking my guests waited over an hour for food yet everything was pre-booked. We weren't asked if we wanted drinks we had to get up and go to the bar ourselves and when we ordered something it never came and then was charged for another tables drinks.
Thai Flame you used to be an amazing restuarant but over the past four years you have really declined in service and quality.response / report this review
