The food here was AMAZING. Beautifully presented, really fresh and delicious. We had a special event and this was made a big deal of which was a nice touch. The decor was something different, really cosy and comfortable. No loud noise was great as we could actually have a conversation at the table. Will definitely be back to visit again next time I am in Auckland!

Came for a friend's birthday celebration. Food was divine.. Like honestly have not tasted food so good before. Of course it all comes with a price but honestly, it's worth it all. They even did a little show half way through the evening. Special announcement for the person celebrating their birthday :)

We have just returned from Japan and thought we had tried most things.

This restaurants presentation and flavors were exquisite and you get what you pay for. Its not overly intimate but the food is some of the best Japanese with a little fusion I have ever had. We will be going back for sure.

Such a fun place. Drums and cheesey birthday songs of you're celebrating. Great service and the presentation of the food is amazing and humourous, with little hidden treats. Laid back, low light atmosphere. And the food is very good too! Large portions compared with other Japanese places in town. Delicious green tea. Plus you can sit in the corner and watch it all without feeling like three only single person in the place. Comfortable, but not for those that find exuberance irritating (go somewhere else 😘).
