Nice deco, service was a little awkward at times but food was superb. F8 with crispy pork is absolutely delicious. F14 with chicken was sweet and yummy. SP1 mild food cooked perfectly, flavour is great slight taste of coriander (I despise coriander). SP12 cooked to perfection but coriander is all through the dish - 8.00pm, 28.07.17.
I wanted to treat my son to a very special evening. The choice was Nana Thai vs the Thai restaurant in Botany Junction. We chose Nana Thai. Big mistake. Very, very big mistake. I don't know whether the management has changed because we have been to this place several times before and loved the food. This time around the food was just plain disgusting. We left most of it and just walked out. Will never go there again. Waste of time, waste of money.
Now im not sure if they were having a bad day or what but the food was actually really bad on this particular day. The chicken has a funky smell to it which was pretty nasty. They replaced it once we told them but really bad ecperience.
Here for mothers day dinner. We were told that we need to be out in an hour. It's been and hour now and our food hasn't even arrived. People who ordered after us got their meals. Upon checking with a staff, she casually said it just a little longer. Very disappointing
Good service - great food - decor getting tired
Came here for dinner on the way back from the airport. I find that the food here is quite nice. The flavours are a bit subtle but it is tasty. Liked the Siam basket with the edible fried kumara basket. They have all you can eat rice with the meals.
Service is alright although they did have quite a few staff on. They also have special lunch buffet on Friday to Sunday.
I used to frequent this establishment a lot few years ago . Recently went on my daughters birthday. We ordered seafood dishes all in all there were 5 pieces of seafood.Service was very slow food is overpriced. When I brought it to their attention about the lack of chicken in my dishes. The lady at the counter said you should have complained earlier. If I wanted to eat just veggies I would have ordered vegetarian. You need to get your act together. Not coming back here again.
19Nov16 Standard Thai fare and vast menu with the obligatory rice until you drop top-up. Big, cavern like restaurant and dark colours of decorations makes for a gloomy dinner environment. Service OK but I don't want to test my luck or that of my dinner companions by being here if ever the restaurant is full.
I used to come here quite often a few years ago but I think there was a change in management within that time so I stopped going as often. Went back there to have dinner with a couple of friends recently and the experience was less than enjoyable. The service was average, very slow, and I specially asked the waitress to put no onion in my food and made sure she wrote it down and she said that was fine. When my food came, there was plenty of onion in it but I didn't want to make a scene so I made my peace with it, but then I also found a hair in my food which was completely off putting. So don't think I would make another visit to this establishment in the future. Very disappointing.
