No air conditioning in the room we had and the sun was shining in all afternoon alone with very soft pillows but very comfortable bed , Very tasty food very clean and tidy hotel aircon would have got this hotel 5stars from me but room is very warm on this sunny day , would I stay here again yes I would .

Great location and nice rooms. No air conditioning in the rooms so it was like a sauna. Great in winter not so good during summer. They do supply a fan in your room though.

It's a hotel trying to be flash, reception team is very friendly. In house cafe great but service a little slow.
The food is worth the waitand you will be waiting.and waiting and waiting.
Retrofitted with double glazing but then there's no ventilation except for a fan. No air-conditioning or ventilation Bathroom tidy clean and. Good shower over bath. Mini bar is ok. But had silly little milk. For $219 alot over priced.

Great location to centre of Dunedin. Beds are very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Really enjoy my stay and all previous stays, highly recommend it.

Friendly staff with wonderful service. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Well presented with modern fit out. Centrally located in Dunedin with Dunedin casino in the same building, it is easily the best accommodation in town. It is also close (walking distance) to The Octagon and other hospitality businesses.

Would I go back? Definitely yes 😊

Pleasant hotel in the center of town. Great service and rooms, although the bathroom facilities were a little crammed into a small space. Would still stay again

Very awesome experience. Was very nice place to choose in Dunedin as an accommodation. Did not prebook but got the place in first instance. With a very experienced and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Too good and reasonableprice. Nice and clean. Very standard.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was a let down, badly redone and my husband couldn't stand up in the shower, the roof was only a couple of inches from the top of my head it was so short.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Conference to attend - no bookings for half our party, refused to assist those without rooms, offered to ring a motel to see if they had anything. Rude and unhelpful, as the company was paying I didn't want to hand over my credit card so loudly in front of other guests the silly inane vacant girl on reception asked the porter to remove my mini bar - disgusted. Will advise company never to book here again - -apparently this happened the previous year!!!!
