This ain’t the Hilton, but a specific basic hotel with history - all prices and room types, very close to the city and you can usually get last-minute rooms here, it’s huge, but book ahead, the antique lounge chairs on the second floor have power points and are sun-drenched, quite a cool ‘little’ place really.

Friendly staff and lovely relaxed atmosphere with many clean and tidy well priced rooms, right in the centre of Dunedin and just a few steps to the Railway station and Toitu early settlers museum which is what is pictured with this review.

Located in the center of town. This historical hotel is clean and there is a huge parking space. We have booked there restaurant for parties and always happy with their service. The owners are very kind and helped us fund raise for a very good cause.

Stayed in 2013. Inexpensive, friendly and clean. Very convenient for walking around the city. Food in the bar basic but very good. Will definitely use again on our next trip to NZ. - Used again in 2017 quality the same good basic food in the bar and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Will use again when next in Dunedin.

We had a amazing stay at the Levithan Hotel, they took us in after a cancelled flight and were so helpful and friendly, awesome staff and the meals were huge and great price , room were great nice and clean and tidy would stay again and highly recommend it lovely hotel with lots of heritage. Thank you all .
