  Excellent central location, nice service, clean rooms. The only minus was the mattress on the bed which dropped right down on one side - not the best sleep.

  Lovely and clean. Owner was very obliging and friendly. We had a unit upstairs , nice view. Bed was comfy, had all things we required. Easy walk to food & shops.

  Great location. Well appointed, spacious and beautifully clean accommodation. It was wonderful to come home to the suite each day of our time in Dunedin. We wished we were staying longer. Gerard & Anne.

  Cran and friendly staff. They allowed us to park our car there till 2pm the next day as we explore Dunedin! Very happy and if we were to visit again, we will be back
  
  5/17 - came back here again. Place still amazing~ clean and tidy rooms and filtered water available in the rooms! Godsent for anyone who has tasted Dunedin tap water! And no party rule ensures a peaceful stay

  Up to date, clean, warm, office closes at 7:30 so late arrivals are of the table.

  The best place to stay in Dunedin and so close to the Octagon. Really friendly. Top quality motel.
