Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff and reception, and the maintenance man. Room service meal was well presented and yummy,.as was the bar meal of spicy wedges with SourceSafe sweet chilli sauce. My bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice stay, pretty standard deal. Could definitely do with some more parking and a redesigned entrance with room for cars to pass by and not get stuck between other vehicles. Would be nice if you could record sky movies during your stay too. Good views of the city

This is a 3 Star hotel. Nothing wrong with it as long as you keep this in mind. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Facilities are basic and aging but clean. We were given a "01" room, e.g. 201,301, which is next to what looked like a food service lift, so if you're a light sleeper, be aware you will hear whirring noises in the morning.

Dated,but warm, apart from the shower running out of hot water it is a good average hotel. Don't order the packets of potato chips at $4.00 per bag plus $3.00 for delivery make them a tad expensive.

This place is great for families and groups of people. They have really nice spacious rooms and sky tv comes with the room. It also has a great view of the city. It is a little pricey but id say its worth it for what your getting.

Walking distance from the Octogon (although be prepared for a up hill walk on the way back). Clean rooms, ample parking.
