This place does not look after its premium customers. Ive stayed at least 20 different Mercure Accor hotels as Platinum, this one is poor its dated, musty smelling & expensive offering no VIP benefits, I recommend staying at the much better Dunedin Scenic hotels

Only 3 stars because there is no elevator/lift. Overall rooms were fine. Clean and tidy. Could do with some TLC a bit dull. Breakfast was good.

Cool lodge experience! Love the simplicity of the place. Restaurant food however needs abit of work.

Haggis ceremony was fun & dressing up was a laugh. Staff made sure we all had a good time.

Location - top end of town. Must drive to centre. Free limited wi fi. No lift. (2 floors). Good standard hotel with good size rooms. We had a twin which had two five foot beds giving a much needed best night's sleep for some weeks. (They say be careful of the sun. I say, sleep deprivation).

Great rooms, not good for walking into town a bit far, but just what we wanted, quiet, clean, would go there again.
