This place does not look after its premium customers. Ive stayed at least 20 different Mercure Accor hotels as Platinum, this one is poor its dated, musty smelling & expensive offering no VIP benefits, I recommend staying at the much better Dunedin Scenic hotels
Only 3 stars because there is no elevator/lift. Overall rooms were fine. Clean and tidy. Could do with some TLC a bit dull. Breakfast was good.
Very good hotel. No problems, no issues!
Cool lodge experience! Love the simplicity of the place. Restaurant food however needs abit of work.
Good value for money.Tidy rooms.
Visted many times.Enjoy it because has great parking and close to the gardens.Food can be a bit up and down.
Stayed here for senior fire fighter course. Good all round. Thanks
Booking in was great, restaurant staff were great, but restaurant food was average
nice stay. a bit dated but upgrades currently underway
Always Room.. Always Helpful.. Well Worth The Stay
Haggis ceremony was fun & dressing up was a laugh. Staff made sure we all had a good time.
Well organised staff, great food, good location.
Location - top end of town. Must drive to centre. Free limited wi fi. No lift. (2 floors). Good standard hotel with good size rooms. We had a twin which had two five foot beds giving a much needed best night's sleep for some weeks. (They say be careful of the sun. I say, sleep deprivation).
Great rooms, not good for walking into town a bit far, but just what we wanted, quiet, clean, would go there again.
Great stay! Reasonably priced and staff were really helpful accommodating my request for frozen goods to be held.
