Very clean. Sadly internet needs work as doesn't work at night due to overload. Very convenient for eating out. Close to motorway but sound proof. Had two great night's sleep.

Nice clean room and facilities. Close to restaurants with major shopping and entertainment across the road.
Building site next door makes lots of noise during the day so no daytime naps til after 5

I booked this room for the free shuttle service from and to the airport. Well there was no free shuttle, you have to pay 30NZD from and to the airport..

The room was old and full of mold even the curtains were dirty. It smelled like dirty mold and cigarettes, but at the same time it smelled real strong like chemical sweet flowers. I couldnt sleep because of the smell, it gave me a bad headache and made me nauseous.

I payed 109NZD for the room, 60NZD for the shuttle and 10NZD for extra wifi because you only get 100mb free wifi.. Total of 179NZD for a dirty room and no sleep..

Very unclean and dated. There was broken glass on the stairs to our room and the staff seemed to think it was not there problem. Left because we felt uncomfortable. The hotel still charged us for the night even though we didn't use the room.

Very poor customer service
I sent an e-mail earlier to this motel asking for a rollaway bed to be ready for us to fit the fifth person in our room, they wrote back to say it would be sorted for us. We arrived, dropped bags off and left till later in the evening thinking that the couch was the sofa bed mentioned on the website and the other bed was the one they had brought in. No such luck, we called the after hours number, no reply so hubby slept on the floor as no bed was available! In the morning we asked for the $20 back for the additional person as there was no bed for them, it was like getting blood out of a stone! No apology, no accepting of their responsibilities or any respect for us or their business. Sack the receptionist, deal with your problems properly. We overlooked poor reviews due to cost and location, room ok but CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Will not be going back.

The room was very clean and tidy. It smelled good and everything was stain free. Staff was friendly. Very convenient location as it is close to the motorway, bus station, mall complex and other local attractions. Beds were also super comfortable!
