  Clean and smart. Great value. This part of town is never quiet, but I could sleep through it. Just so central it is amazing.

  I was completely satisfied. Good service for reasonable price. And of course that cute NZ tradition: when you move in you find a bottle of perfct milk in a fridge! :-)

  The central location is great, and I used the red bus to get around. I did need to make use of the complimentary earplugs.

  Great balconies, great to have a washing machine & dryer, staff are efficient & friendly.
  Parking is a 5 min walk away but that is my only moan. :) Great place to stay if you are going out on the town..
