Loved the kids' kingdom area, my 5 yr old had a blast and did about 20 rides (lots repeats) across our time plus played lots in the play area. Good value for money for us.

Even though I didn't go on any rides I thoroughly enjoyed watching my husband and sister in law having a wonderful time and the staff were fantastic with my sister in law who was in a wheelchair but able to go on all the rides. Thank you for making it a fantastic day out. Oh and your gardens are awesome.

We were there at night. It was our first time in Rainbows End and it was a little bit difficult to find the way to the different attractions because there are not enough signs. And we had to wait a lot at the Stratosphere because every second ride was a slow one, even if in this line were just standing 5 people every time. Waiting time 5 to 10 minutes. In the line for the extreme ride we had to wait 90 minutes. That was annoying. Food was ok. Most of the attractions were fun. The tickets were a little bit overpriced for all this waiting.

While not as impressive as the big international fun parks, there is still more than enough to keep a family entertained for a day. And best of all you can still strike days with next to no ques. Brilliant when it's like that.

A great amusement park. Has alotof rides to try. Food good be better. The eatery places they needs a change. Something like pita pit or subway would be great to have compared to the usual fried food.

NEXT TIME CAN YOU PLEASE ADVERTISE IF SOME OF THE RIDES ARE GONNA BE UNDER " MATAINENCE" SEEING AS PEOPLE PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO COME THROUGH. NOT TO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. AND NOT TO MENTION THE 3 GUYS WHO PERFORMED WHERE THE KIDS KINGDOM PART IS ON THAT STAGE . IT' WAS LIKE WATCHING A DAM STRIP SHOW . NOT COOL ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE'S SMALL KIDS RUNNING AROUND ðŸ˜

Not bad for young kids but not that good for teenagers. Normal fees are pretty expensive although we got a good offer for $39 in their anniversary celebration. Restos were less than expected.

Expensive if you are only planning a short visit, but took the kids for their birthday. We ended up staying for even odd hours, so that took the sting out of it. Limited adult rides and sometimes long queues but the kids had a great time.
A word of warning, the main park will be wasted on kids under 120cm tall.response / report this review -

Sadly needs some newer bigger rides. However entertainment is good in weekends. Food expensive.. bring your own if you can 😀. Good day out especially if you grab a deal ticket.

Totally not worth the extortionate entry fee. If you can get a sale ticket it's pretty decent. Would be great if they offered annual passes.

I realise your objective is earn money and reach a certain amount etc but to be fair for the price we pay which is almost $60 for an adult you should be limiting the amount of admissions you let in. Went a couple of weeks ago and every ride took atleast 20 minutes to get on, I didn't bother queuing for the log flume. Not very pleased unfortunately, my kids love this theme park but if I'm paying over $150 just for tickets I expect more than 8 rides

We arrived to find our booking date was wrong but it was all sorted at the counter, the staff was excellent, friendly & polite! We still got the picnic area we booked for, and my two birthday kids both had so much fun along with our guests! the entertainment at the center stage was amazing and fun! our experience overall on the day was 10+! The staff

Okay rides and, yes, we did have fun for a couple of hours, but we probably won't come back any time soon. Unfortunately, this seems to be the best theme park NZ has to offer, but it's a far cry from what you can find overseas.

Was over charged full adult price for our 7 year old boy. We decided to go on a quiet weekday but arrived to find some blue light event where bus loads of kids were turning up and paying half price. We (three of us) went on the log flume twice and the mine cart once, which took a total of five hours queue time. Lots of kids pushing in line. Can't believe rainbows end tricked me into paying them $180 to waste my life standing in queues for half a day. Even my enthusiastic 7 year old gave up and said i just want to go home now. I gave feedback afterwards to their website contacts but they simply ignored me. I will never go back. The theme/water parks on the Gold Coast are much better.
