Hi, We bought a groupons voucher for 8 people for high tea, for our 10yr old nieces birthday. We hoped that the hungry wee ones would approve & we were not disappointed. The food was excellent value for money, and the guy who was managing the cafe that day was very sweet and super helpful. We even asked if he had gluten free options for my sister in law and he brought out another selection just for her,, we are very thankful. And to boot we couldnt even finish the food, so took the rest home for the kids to snack on. Thank you again!!

Excellent customer service, beautiful atmosphere inside Zarbo with car parking. When I go to Auckland I will visit one of the best superb cafe in the heart of Auckland city "New Market".

Simply best cafe with best hospitality & my "Big breakfast". I visit this cafe frequently after dropping my son to his school.
Hot chocolate with Big breakfast normally make my day fulfill always

"Not nice service" was my review.

Now I edit my review in response to your reply below.

Firstly, your manager happily took our booking last week. How else did you have my phone number to make an aggressive phone call about my review?

I recognise there was a confusion about coffees not being included in the voucher. However, ultimately your staff charged us an amount, which we FULLY paid. How dare you claim we left without paying.

If you had an issue with my review and had the motivation to call me about it, perhaps clarifying matters and rectifying any miscommunication would have been the appropriate response. Not to have the audacity to call and get aggressive at me.

So, to repeat myself, "not nice service"

Got there via a discount voucher for a High Tea. Pleasant enough. Would go back bit only if I am in the area. The good thing was they had their own parking.
