What a gorgeous boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Queenstown! Everything from the clean, comfortable & ample sized rooms, the delicious chef-cooked breakfasts, the complimentary happy hour with fine NZ wines & apéritifs, and the wonderful service and hospitality of each and every staff member. We even had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owners who were generous with their time and recommendations.
To say I would recommend this hotel

We simply couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Queenstown. Just a short stroll into town across the rugby field, but out of the way of the hustle, bustle and congestion in other parts of town. The rooms were absolutely top notch - sheer luxury, with the best bed we slept in for our whole trip. Huge windows overlooking the trees and park, but still felt private. Being a small hotel, you really felt important to the wonderful owner Ken and manager Diego who were the most professional, welcoming and attentive hosts you could ever hope for. One of the lovely touches is the included happy hour drinks and canapes every evening in the foyer - a lovely way to meet and chat with other travellers. And the included breakfast was made to order, fresh and tasty. There were also very good complimentary mountain bikes for guests (recommended for glorious rides around the shores of Lake Wakatipu) and complimentary underground parking. We had a wonderful three nights here, and would recommend it very highly.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The offering reflects really good value for money. Our room was neat and tidy, the breakfast is made to order and absolutely delicious and the hotel is a short walk to the city centre. Cherry on top was the outstanding service! Will stay here again.

Wish I could give 10 stars for service! We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying a total of 5. The entire team were so so wonderful considering I’m sure they are affected by covid short staff issues. It didn’t feel like it though. They were attentive and friendly and everything was perfect. We loved our stay so much. Our 5yr old said it’s the best hotel ever!!! They were all so amazing but especially Ella! Can’t wait to come back. The tower suite is officially our home away from home.

An excellent place to stay in central Queenstown. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the staff. Like everywhere else they are working with minimal staff but you would.never know it. Pure, easy-going luxury.
The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable. All the amenities you would expect of a boutique hotel, plus some little surprises like the gas fire.
The complimentary breakfast was an ideal way to start the day- quick and delicious.
The canape hour in the evening is highly recommended. It was a lovely way to get to know other guests in the lounge.

Attentive service, wonderful daily canapes, close to the action of Queenstown (5min walk) without being in the noisy middle of it. Beautiful views, convenient parking, BIG rooms with lovely amenities including mini kitchen.

Large rooms with a taste of luxury. My room had a balcony facing the road. The bathroom has a glass roof, last time I stayed I could see the mountains as I showered. Short stroll around the park is downtown Queenstown.

Loved the stay at Queenstown park Boutique. Just loved their hospitality. Great architecture and cosy rooms with awesome lighting makes you special. Had short stay for one day only will come again to explore more

Amazing service. The rooms are great but the real distinguishing factor is the staff. They will sit down with you, give you a beer and snack, and help you make whatever plans you need. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We got several food recommendations that were very good. Would stay again , for sure.

Staff is amazingly sweet and helpful. They stashed away our bags and car while we were out on a 3-day hike, and had great recommendations around the town. The rooms here are really beautiful and comfortable too.

There is nothing to fault here - our experience was a very memorable one the staff are very professional and extremely accommodating.
When you stay her the hotel has a very personable feel and the staff make you feel welcome and a part of something special. The rooms are well appointed, have a feeling of luxury and are exceptionally clean and tidy. Canapé hour is a great way to meet other guests and relax. The proximity to the township is great with a simple stroll across the green. I have stayed in many international boutique hotels and this rates right at the top.response / report this review -

A beautiful place to stay with gorgeously designed rooms. Drinks and canapes every evening at 6pm and so convenient for the town centre. Stay here!
