Great views of Lake and Remarkables to greet you in the morning and have a quiet drink to at night. Good value for money.

Nice place to stay if you don't need to be downtown. Can get busy with tour groups. Food just average for Queenstown.

We stayed there as a school group they treated us really well and the food was pretty good. The rooms are basic but good. Theyvhave two heaters and one tv in each room. The location is goos becausr it is close to Queenstown and the airport and also some of the ski slopes. The service is alright because some of them are friendly. Although the cleaners stole 80 dollars from my wallet. Which is pretty average espacially since I am only 14.

Rooms are a responsible size, clean but worn. Getting to town can be a pain as the shuttle bus does not run all day, just limited hours morning and evening. There is a bus service calling at a stop a reasonable walk away.
Mountain/lake views are not available in all/most rooms.
Restaurant has a limited menu and is set at 2 or 3 course, making it quite expensive, so did not try.
