Delicious! Been here quite a lot over the years and they don't seem to be trying any harder to keep up with the competition sadly Service is ok, menu has very few vegetarian options, courtyard is space is great except easily ruined by the smokers.

We were there on a busy Saturday night, reservations essential. Mostly the food was great. One pizza however was just plain weird, but that was an anomaly. Service was just ok, we didn't have the menu explained and they were quite slow to clear plates. I suspect a symptom of a busy night.
This restaurant has survived in a highly competitive space for years so generally it will be good.response / report this review -

Tucked out of the way, you'll need to know about this place to find it. But what a find! I was at a farewell party being hosted here. Great atmosphere and lovely nibbles!

Non Solo (Not Only) Pizza is a great Italian restaurant in the heart of Parnell. As the name suggests it has a good selection of Italian food (not just pizza), wine & beer and also several NZ wines from their own winery on Waiheke Island. Plenty of chef specials and staff very knowledgeable and helpful, which does come with an expectation of a tip, but it is worth it. Really nice surroundings and much bigger than it looks from the outside. A little pricey, but good for a special occasion.

This is a wonderful and romantic restaurant to take someone. It is a little pricey and there is an expectation of a tip but the food and service match the class of the place. The pizzas (pictured) were phenomenal and the service was rapid despite the place being incredibly busy. The only reason I have taken off one star is that the tables are too close together. They have gone to a lot of effort to create a pleasant ambience that promotes relaxation without sacrificing a subtle touch of class but the noise created by the cramped table arrangements meant having a conversation at reasonable volumes was difficult. Aside from that everything was fabulous.
