  Enjoyed our 4-day stay at this Avani Apartments. Staff were very friendly. Special mention to Jaideep and Melody. Location was great, central and very convenient. Thank you.

  Melody is so so lovely. Her manner and professionalism is a delight. Love the place. Love the pool and spa. So clean, tidy and quiet. Close to everything. Thankyou Melody il be seeing yous again soon 😊

  Great location, reasonably priced apartment like setup. Full kitchen, dish washer and laundry facilities. Intertwined with Metropolis apartments just different entrances to the same building. Security is excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.

  We were very excited about the trip however it turned nightmare when we checked it. The manager had no basic customer service, no smile etc when we came in. Asked about the room and his reply- you will get what you paid.
  The next day when we went to talk to the staff/manager about upgrading to a better room, the staff members personal phone rang in middle of our conversation, to which she picked up the phone and started a very happy 'what are your weekend plans' chat and here we were standing wondering whats happening. Finally after 5 mins she came back to us and had an extremely cold attitude.
  I told her we have rang many times before checking in so we get a better room and she said her manager was on leave for 6 weeks and so they couldn't do much.
  The internet was constant issue. No network and the room's hygiene was questionable too.
  Extremely disappointed.

  rooms clean, staff very helpful, approachable and friendly, well appointed, good quality furnishings in rooms-definitely recommend a stay without hesitation
