It's in great shape for a motel. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom is huge. The front staff are very helpful and friendly. They have free parking during your stay or you can pay to park when you travel. They also have a shuttle to the airport. Laundry is free too bring your own soap. Awesome stay for us before flying out.

Location is good, we're unluckily upstairs and there was no lift just tiring to drag our baggages. Reception wasn't open temporarily when we tried to check out in the morning and it was a bit inconvenient.
There's spa bath which was really nice though.response / report this review -

The beds were fairly uncomfortable and one of the space heaters we were provided to heat the room was having issues and made a lot of noise. Fortunately the water in the shower was hot which was a nice change from the last place we stayed.

I found the hosts and staff to be very helpful including suggesting places to eat and ways to enjoy Auckland.

We arrived in Auckland at midnight and once we had cleared Customs we were able to use an Airport phone to contact the motel. They picked us up within about 15 minutes and took us, and several others, to the motel were we checked in quickly. Our departure time the next morning was organised and there was a shuttle ready to take us back to the airport at the arranged time. We appreciated the service provided by the motel.

The shuttle was timely, the hosts were nice and the rooms were well put together. I have nothing bad to say and i would highly recomend them.

The people there are so helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely room, very welcoming and informative. We were out of the country for a week. They took us to the airport, babysat our car, and collected us from the airport and all this was part of the cost of the one night. Absolutely recommend this lovely couple.

Our studio units here were excellent. They were super clean, very comfortable and very spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Our host went out of his way to ensure that we were well looked after ( even taking my husband to the store for supplies as we had no transport and it was raining !!).
We are very grateful we chose this Inn randomly off the advertisement at the airport when we were stranded due to a cancelled flight.response / report this review
