My first stay there it was very good rooms where clean staff where great good service would stay again anytime !!

Worst accommodation. Below any hygienic standards! Better so sleep in a tent.
Disgusting dirty, smelly, rats and mice - we even had bed bugs. Kitchen full of rotten food. We paid for a night but left during the evening as we couldn't accept these incredible living circumstances! Should by closed by he city as its under any human standard to sleep thereresponse / report this review -

Great location near to city center. Old building which required some renovation. 10pm the door will shut down and not allowed to stay outside. And the price is economic!

We all know rooms are just four walls n a roof and what actually matters at a business like this one is the service and that my friends was exceptional. I don't like to post comments and stuff but​ the fact that I am is a statement of the awesome service that I received​. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy going guys with customer's convenience in their minds is the best thing about this place. The rooms are as good as they come at such cheap prices. Cheers to the whole team especially Arun.

Don't stay here unless you have to.
Pro: largeish kitchen and eating area with unlimited free wi-fi. upstairs wash room and showers are slightly better than those downstairs. Lounge is comfortable although needs better lighting.
Cons: Shower floor is always wet. Dining room and kitchen have lots of flies. 10 bed dorm is advertised as an 8 bed.
No smoke alarms so if this place catches fire you won't know.
Daisy chaining of power extension cables everywhere (dangerous) and a lack of good power sockets in useful locations.
Upstairs sitting area has no power sockets and outside lights are broken.
Not cleaned properly at all.

This place is cheap and has a great location. You can easily take the bus down town and be there within 15 minutes. The place is also pretty old. Some windows couldn't close and the rooms didn't look super nice. That's not a big problem, tbh. The problem is, is that the office was closed half an hour before it should be closed. The shower stalls were dusty on the outside and had several empty shampoo bottles on top. There are only two toilets, that you had to share with an entire floor. It's cheap, but it will do, if you're not too picky.

it's really bad feeling for the no refund policy, i paid one month, just live one week, wanna get refund, but they refused. feel unhappy.

I stayed three nights here while backpacking across New Zealand. Great rooms, showers and facilities. Most of all, the hosts were really kind and helpful, always very attentive.
