I've stayed a few times now and most of the rooms have been excellent apart from one room. It was very worn down and definitely wasn't appealing. Other then that the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was awesome

the staff where very helpful, friendly and made you feel welcomed. The room service was good and the room itself was comfortable.
if I ever get the chance to go back to NZ I would look at staying at this hotel again

Not as good as other times I've stayed. Room I got this time was not as good as in the past .. needs maintenance. Room wasn't ready at 2pm when I checked in so I had to come back.
Front desk person Eric makes it a pleasure each time I visit though. Its a good location etc but def needs a bit more work.response / report this review -
