Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location not far the harbour. Room are nicely appointed and truly enjoyable stay.

Good central location in the heart of the city. Rooms were a little dated and bathrooms were old, but well maintained. A little pricey but so are all hotels in Auckland. Breakfast bar was pretty good.

Very comfortable stay in June 2014. Nice breakfast and great location near the harbor and the CBD. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Attended a meeting/conference and stayed overnight in a king suite 8/9/17 - 9/9/17 and was very impressed with the building but most of all the helpful friendly nature of the staff. We were greeted politely even just when passing staff in the hallway. We had lunch in the conference/meeting room area and the food was very well presented and staff were immediate in replacing empty food platters which was very efficient and organised. We also dealt with staff in reception, concierge, lounge/bar and the chameleon restaurant and was impressed everytime we had an interaction with any of the staff members. Matt in concierge was particularly helpful when we made an error parking our car. We will be back and would love to make use of the pool and fitness facilities.

Absolutely unbeatable accommodation in Wellington with a glass roof heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and comfortable tidy rooms. The staff were excellent and the food was great. Nothing to complain about at all!

Fantastic food and service. The staff were very helpful without being intrusive. The portions were quite small but that was so you could get two for $50. I highly recommend this.

The four Malaysian dishes we chose today for lunch were all simply yummy and delicious. A real taste delight!! The best Malaysian food anywhere!! 😀 😋

Great hotel. Room is renovated well. Very efficient high quality and friendly service. Club on level 7 has good view and good options for canapés and drinks.
The only thing is the wall between rooms is not very soundproof so sometime can hear ppl talking or coughing.

Absolutely disgusting. Chose to stay here for my wedding night. Booked in December for one night. Paid when I made the booking in December. Upon departure in march they charged my card again. I let them know straight away they double charged me and the customer service representative gave me a careless response saying "oh that will be refunded in a couple of days". Feeling exhausted, having just got married the night before, I didn't question it further. Seemed like a normal thing they did. A couple of days after, going into honeymoon mode I get an email saying they are not refunding me as I didn't check in!!!! Not only that, but when I called to clear everything up I was passed on to four different people where I had to explain the whole scenario over ten times. Not exaggerating. Then a manager came to the phone saying "who's this"not even introducing herself. I then spoke to the person who sent the email who explained they would give me a discount???? But what for. You charged us twice. Then spoke to another manager who said " well because it was your wedding night we will refund you but you booked two rooms" ???? I then had to forward email confirmation that I asked for one room. Finally got a refund and not even a formal apology. Should have refunded me the whole amount. My dad used to stay here but he won't now. Neither will his friends or mine. Not a good way to start our married life together. Absolutely disgusting. Will keep sharing as I'm so so disappointed.

Nice luxury place to stay. Highly recommend in Wellington.. been there coupe of time with family and working purposes. Its on great location and many famous restaurants are just on the corner easy walking distance. Friendly staff.
