Location Location LocationIn the heart of Wellington. Serviced apartments so don't expect room service however there is a convenient store across the road and a Macdonalds. I would rate it a 3 star hotel but gave it a 4 star rating due to it's central location. I had minimum contact with staff but when I did they were friendly and helpful. The room at first viewing seemed like a shoebox and it was a little scary standing on the balcony for the first time as it was not solid but a sheet metal with holes. However after the first day the room seemed big enough and the balcony solid enough. Welington is a windy city but I loved my stay. The photo's attached is the view from our room.

    Great Service

The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Love your Receptionists, Alana and Alex, however - truly the best assets of the hotel.

Fabulous new interior, very warm and welcoming staff where nothing is too much trouble. We had several meals in the new restaurant and couldn't be more delighted with the quality. Definitely worth the stay.

Damage from the earthquake still unrepaired, so wind came through the window frame and bathroom fan. Bathroom sink unit was not firmly attached to the wall. Small room with lots of street noise. No spare power point to charge my laptop.
Nice location, great foyer and excellent staff.

Nice size room which was clean and tidy. Close to everything in the city centre so it was nice and easy to walk anywhere. The staff were really nice.

It was a tidy, clean place but the bathroom door would jam. So it meant slamming the door to get it to close properly. Also, there is no parking available, which they don't make you aware of on the website, unless you want to pay $25 a day for parking lot.

It's a nice hotel with good facilities. The only issue is that they do not have any parking. You have to go in a William parking and buy a 24 hours ticket.
