They have very exceptional service and look after there guests with 5 star qualities I would recommend the heartland hotel full stop to anyone without question they looked after when i fell sick without question I thank all the staff of the heartland hotel Auckland airport with such gratitude and will miss there friendly staff

Our stay was just for one night in order to get to the airport very early the next morning. The hotel had parking which was great. I booked the room online, king bed with a spa tub. Booking process online was easy. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The spa tub was regular bathtub size, I wish I would have known that in advance. I would not have chosen the spa room. The restaurant menu was a bit limited, but the food was good.

Great option for a long flight layover. Rooms are studio style with kitchenette, TV sofa and separate bedroom. Reasonable rates, switched on staff and timely airport shuttle. Free wifi.

Solid place to stay near the airport if you have an early flight. The rates are good, the rooms and clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but reliable with an excellent shuttle service

Clean rooms with all the bases covered plus free parking. Well appointed, nice clean staff, super convenient. The beds were a little lumpy and the lights were super harsh, other than that, it's great for a close hotel stay overnight.

Excellent efficent service. Pick up from airport knew we were on a tight sedual to get to Adele and reception ordered taxi as we arrived. pickup from airport even told us exceptable price for taxi to Adele. transfer back to airport very efficent the next day too. All staff we spoke to were friendly and professional.

We choose this hotel for our last night in New Zealand before an early morning, but this hotel is much more than a convenience option. It has very clean and big rooms, a free wi-fi connection and it offers a free shuttle to the airport. We had dinner in the restaurant and we ate one of the best steaks ever.

I have seen it in other reviews that the air conditioning was hopeless and I agree with that statement. I understand that the price($300 per night) reflects how close the building is to the airport however I have been spoilt by other motels at $200 a night who can supply a free continental breakfast. Your cleaning staff were very approachable and helped lots(Yes you do have swimming pool towels in the laundry with the blue stripes, counter person said there are none). If I was stuck for a bed I would use again however it is not my first choice sadly
