It is okay. But the price for the quality of the food is bad i would rather get a burger from a fish n chip shop and the atmosphere ia strange

Great spot, service is incredible, staff are always great. Food is a reasonable price, $13.50 for fish and chips. Lots of variety in the menu. Highly recommend.

Food quality is good. Portions are small and not filling. Service is great. Expensive for the amount of food though. Go here if you are more interested in an interesting place to take your friends that happens to serve food, as opposed to sating hunger. Would not recommend to friends though.

My partner and I decided to give this place a try as we were in the area. I had battered fish and chips with skinny fries and my partner had the smoked fish pie. The fish and chips were good, the fish was very fresh and the tarter sauce was great. For fish and chips it is pricey, but in terms of eating out for lunch it is cheaper than a fish and chip meal at a restaurant. My partner's smoked fish pie was very expensive @ $17 for the pie with no sides. The pie was nothing to shout about, which lacked seasoning and flavour. It was stodgy with the sauce and fish muddled together with no differentiation between sauce and fish. They either need to adjust the recipe, or take it off the menu altogether. Nice setting with old school decor bringing back memories of NZ in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Was also nice to be able to have a beer with my lunch. Get's an honest 3 stars. Give it a try at least once, but don't order the smoked fish pie.

Delicious fried chicken burgers! Epic hand cut fries and amazing cookie dough bites, 10/10 would recommend and will definitly be back to try their deep fried pineapple lump! Yum. Great service too.

For roughly $18-$20 per person for a main AND a drink, it's incredibly affordable and delicious food! The chips when I had them were a wee bit small and crispy, but have heard they have changed them since? Not sure, but will definitely find out next time I go! Staff super friendly and attentive, highly recommend

Great family lunch on Good Friday.. Service was spot on and food really good! Nice wines too! So lucky to have this place in our neighbourhood.
