Went there twice. First time for lunch food was wonderful great chief and the young waitress was excellent lunch time was five out of five.
Bit different when we went for dinner food was still five out of five .But the wait staff were busy and they needed more on .We had to Chase them down to order which was disappointing .But will go back when we return to NZ

The mocktail and service were beautiful. The main course was horrible. We ordered meatballs and spaghetti and that is literally what we got. Bland pasta with fast food tasting fake meatballs in minimum sauce. We had to ask for butter, in order to add flavor to the pasta At 22 dollars with no garlic bread, the least the cook could have done was add sauce, garlic and seasoning to the dish. They will not get my money for that dish ever again. I needed a real drink after that experience

I am a regular, every Monday and Friday. Concerned that some staff handle the rims of the glasses whilst pouring drinks. A deffinat no no for any bar let alone a supposedly classy one.

Ordered mains at 6:30pm and received them at 8:20pm. Steak was well done instead of medium rare. Won't be back!

Poor food in a building still not repaired 6 years after the earthquake. Walked in and past the toilet that absolutely stinks. Had slow cooker Greek lamb that was so overcooked it was dry and couldn't carve it. Not once were we asked how our meals were. I guess the poor serving staff knew.

4 of us came for dinner. The steak was cooked like a lump of charcoal. My burger patty was a hard black charcoal lump. The fish was so mushy it was almost like a paste. Only 1 of the main was good. Was offered a free dessert as a way of apology but didn't have time to accept. Good service but food very poor.

The most horrendous dining experience I have ever had. As someone that has worked in tourism/hospitality for a substantial amount of time, I have never encountered a group of employees that are so miserable in their line of work, waitresses are there to serve.. and just a reminder the customer is always right, no matter how wrong you may think they are. I recommend a change of career for all who are employed by this terrible restaraunt.

My friend and I both ordered a Greek Salad with lamb..the worst we have ever experienced. The few bits of lamb we got were cooked OK but the actual salad was far too much very stalky lettuce leaves that looked like they were just thrown on the plate out of a supermarket bag, and a very few bits of cubed cucumber, tomatoes and capsicums, some olives and feta cheese. It was hard to tell if there was any dressing. Completely uninspiring and totally over priced for a huge plate of basically lettuce leaves.
