The beer is excellent, with a good range of their own and those from other breweries. Pint of the week/month is a nice deal to let you try something new. Food very good too, pizzas a little small for the price though.

Overpriced and falsly advertise their specials.
Fairly good service; traditional, crisp woodfired pizza and decent house craft beer.
The 2-for-1 pizza deal is misleading; they will charge you for the most expensive items on the table.
For instance, myself and a friend order two $20 margherita pizzas. Another two friends at the same table order a pair of $26 pizzas.
Under the premise of TWO-FOR-ONE, that means we pay for one, and get one of what we ordered for free. They instead made us pay $52, which amounts to basically a punishment for dining as a group, even though staff acknowledged that this was incorrect but refused to go against the POS. A real kick in the shins as a customer.response / report this review -

A wonderful dinner for two, polite and attentive staff didn't leave us waiting to order and delivered meals very quickly. The pilsner and Caesar Salad both went down a treat, by far the best Caesar Salad I've had, the right ratio of everything.

Good place for pizza, quick drink, very fast food servicing compared to most pizza places, nice environment, good vibe, and friendly stuff. Highly recommend, 2 for 1 pizza on Tuesdays.

We visit at least once a week. Food always good, staff always friendly and service prompt. Definitely book on Tuesday for 2 for 1 pizzas!

Been there twice and both times the service was incredibly slow. I feel like the wait staff run around like headless chickens with no real plan to how they work.
Last night i went with a work group and was seated outside. Absolutely horrible in winter. There are heaters but as the outdoor area isn't sealed there is no way to keep the heat in. Freezing cold and combined with the slow service it meant I was there for longer than we wanted to be.
Food was OK - I had pizza and it was undercooked. Dessert was cheesecake of the day and it was nice.
Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. There are much better dining establishments in Christchurch.response / report this review -

Great beer and pizza. Good atmosphere. Limited seating inside sometimes. Usually plenty of outside seating. Often good music on, but hard to get a table then.

Oh my god! Went over there for a birthday party and ordered some pizza with my friends all of the pizzas were amazing except the margherita, avoid the margherita at all costs; it's a complete disaster I can't believe they have the face to charge $20 for that pizza, it was a disgrace just a bunch of dough with tomato painted over it and the most miserable amount of cheese posible. Any pizza fan in the world would know that cheese to base ratio is cornerstone to a decent pizza and this guys have fail miserably in doing one when it comes to the Margherita.

We had a lovely lunch at the brewery today for my friends birthday . I would like to say how friendly and accommodating the staff were ! We were charged no extra for them to bring out a birthday i had made and dropped off earlier . They provided plates , knives , a bowl full of cream and boxes for us to take leftover cake away , again at no extra cost . Well done guys !
