Was the most worst experience at a cafe. Took over an hour for our brunch and there were only about 9 people shocking, never again

Wish I could give 0 stars. The food was average, the drink was a rip off, and the owner was a horrible person! I ordered a mocha frappe and got chocolate milk with a shot of coffee in it and some chocolate sauce which was $8!! He forgot one of the coffees in our order so I went to go get it, and as he was making it realised my muffin had been drenched in som icecream raspberry sauce which made it look completely unappealing but I didn't want to make a fuss so just asked for a napkin and a second bag so I could sort it out myself but he got really angry at me and started yelling saying I he didn't want me as a customer and that I was annoying etc. almost made me cry my friend overheard so she told him not to be so rude and he just starts yelling at her too! Horrible horrible experience made me feel super uncomfortable about something that could've been avoided.

This place has gone down hill recently, we assume it changed ownership. The menu is extremely overwhelming which only added to our skepticism, no restaurant can handle that many different dishes while maintaining freshness and quality and this is certainly true for Cafe Del Mar.

Food not great sorry, price for a can of fizzy $3.90 is a total rip off, asked for Scrambled eggs for my eggs on toast, they couldn't do it, eggs came on what they call savoury toast, not a good combination of tastes

Spacious with nice outdoor tables recommend for families with buggy strollers food is good but bit pricey better have a grap one voucher the pricing display is over the notch maybe consider a more elegant way off displaying signs.

Nothing special here. Just cafe with nighttime dining. We used an entertainment card for our creamy pasta mains. Weird combo of flavours having tomato salsa on the top as a garnish. Also noticed they decline any changes made to the menu. This is a world first for me as I'm not sure how they would deal with people with allergies. Don't come here if you're looking to be wowed. Looks to me like someone bought a cafe without even knowing the industry
