A great place to go for modern New Zealand cuisine. Excellent quality ingredients and very professional staff.
Wine and beer selection is very good too.
If you want some quality kiwi food it’s a must visit.

Nice atmosphere, nice location, the food is good quality and there is a good spread of options. Would strongly recommend ordering a starter and side along with your main to be well fed.

Went to fiddlesticks for lunch to reveal the sex of our baby after our 19week scan. The service was amazing, the food delishious and we were very cozy sitting in front of the fire. To top it off we got a special congratulations desert from the chef. It was just perfect, very special, thanks very much.

Fusion food place where most of the dishes are creatively created. I liked the fish dish tt I ordered which was a Japanese take on fish and chips. There's mixed feelings for other dishes that my friends ordered. But generally food is decent.

Great choice for a quick lunch with good service and great staff. Awesome coffee and ask / signup for their loyalty card. Great atmosphere and seating inside and out. Good selection on the menu as well as for beers and wines.

Lovely wait staff, beautiful meal and dessert. Relaxed atmosphere and great central location. Our waitress recommended a great cocktail based on my very vague request for something sour. My groper was cooked perfectly and everyone one should try the salted caramel delice. I'll be back

If I could give 4 and half stars I would, but feel 4 is unfair, so have gone with 5. Been here twice now, first time was for a beer and a bar snack, was a great place to chill in the early evening. Great service, and very warm, inviting atmosphere in the bar. The second time was for lunch in the restaurant. Same thing, service was amazing and the ambiance was great! Even though they were a little busy, the food came out fast. The food was impeccable for the price. Obviously not perfect, but to say it's not perfect I am being very picky, hence preferring a 4 and a half star review. The food was full of flavour, great size (not overbearing, nor small), well presented and well seasoned (which I am a stickler for). My partner's meal was perfect, couldn't fault the smoked mushroom risotto. I had the bbq lamb sandwich, came in a nice pide Turkish bread. The only reason it wasn't perfect is that it came with French fries, again I am being very picky, but some nice homemade cut chips would have made it perfect. I highly recommend this bar and restaurant for a relaxing drink or a meal. Great price, great service, great atmosphere!

Had new years eve dinner here and it was fantastic. Steak was cooked perfectly. Great entrees too. Enjoyed it so much we came back on new years day to try their breakfast.

No fiddlesticksing in Fiddlesticks. They take flavours and food very seriously. And it works. Amazing presentation, sophisticated flavours, great food. Wrapped with a modern design decor and great service - what more can you ask for in a good restaurant I know - reasonable prices - well, they have that too :) for me it's a winner!
